Hampton Inn & Suites Jacksonville Deerwood Park

Traveled to Jacksonville for a quick family gathering, Hampton Suites Mets all our needs. Our room was spacious for 4 adults, clean bathroom and plenty of towels. Greatly appreciated the complimentary water on arrival and the breakfast provided had nice variety and fueled us for the morning. Easy check in & check out.

The entire experience was wonderful from calling ahead to see if we could check in a little early, they asked housekeeping to prioritize preparing our room. Gorgeous property and building, seems very new. Very nice and clean and comfortable 2-Queen suite with great sofa bed my child slept on. Great fridge and microwave and shower bathroom. Breakfast great everything clean and tended. Great little snack shop. Friendly, helpful staff. Could tell housekeeping attentive (witnessed this). Needed to use dryer to dry wet clothes from water park so laundry facilities also great. Very nice, small pool and the fitness room was also in a small little building separate from the main building just a few steps. Definitely a 10/10 overall. No complaints. Highly recommend!

The gentleman who checked us in was quick and knowledgeable about the area and very friendly. The room was clean and spacious for our small family, can’t beat the location, there is restaurant everywhere within walking distance. Definitely staying here again next time we come again to Jacksonville.
