We got there and the kids were highly disappointed because it’s the middle of summer and the pool was shut down the whole stay. When we got to our room there were no vents in the bathrooms and the A/C barely kept the room cool. It was just one of the worst hotel experiences we have had in along time. Hampton Inns are usually way better quality then that was that was more like a sleep inn or la Quinta

We had four families here for graduation. Our check-in receptionist was not very personable. When asked about how to pull the couch out. She was surprised I couldn’t figure it out. Did not offer to have somebody come help assist or set the bed up with sheets and comforter had to request, additional linens. Bathroom had issues no hook on the back of the door fell off/missing sliding shower doors did not stay closed during shower mold in grout. Our TV was dark and we could not lighten it also was not a smart TV. We could not watch Netflix or Hulu. Breakfast was very nice. Bed was comfortable..

This was perfect for our 4 day family trip to see extended family over the holidays. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful. We were right next to shops and dining options.

The staff is so personable and helpful, room is very comfortable and full of amenities for a very comfortable stay. Will stay here from now on when we visit family in Jacksonville

Great place to stay very spacious the stove top, full size fridge and microwave was very handy traveling with a teenager and an 8yr old on a family vacation also came with dishes and utensils and the space was way more then we thought it was amazing even extended the 10day trip a couple more days to enjoy more

Love location , staff was super sweet. Loved the space in room .. however the shower pressure was awful on 3rd floor .. only other thing I would say if you plan on using sofa bed for someone may want to bring extra pillows as we had none for little ones.. thankful they brought their own body pillows so kinda worked out ..

We got in later in the night to Jacksonville to our hotel. Check in went great however as soon as we got the room we knew there was a problem. The room smelled really bad. My kids walked on the carpet and it was wet in several spots. I immediately went to the front desk and they said the room could have "possibly" had the carpet cleaned. She said there were no more rooms because they were booked. I have a 4 and 6 year old who were tired and cranky so we stayed. The next day we asked about our room and the manager said he would make sure housekeeping came by that day. Welp they never came, not even to clean the room. Food was ok for breakfast. I didnt make it to the gym or pool because some group had took over the hotel. You get what you pay for so it is a cheap stay so you get cheap service. Lesson learned.

Despite calling ahead to have the room deep cleaned (from evidence of past pet guests), the room was not ready. It was 7 pm when we arrived. We received our keys at 7:30. However, corporate customer service took my complaint about this to the hotel GM. I love the decor, the cleanliness of the room. The only room drawback is the bathroom is in the bedroom of one bedroom suite which means the kids had to come through the bedroom to use the bathroom. So much for separation and privacy. The pool is nice.

This hotel was great. Staff was super friendly. And out of the last 4 previous hotels we stayed at during our family vacation, this one was by far the cleanest. We got the two bedroom suite which was affordable and so roomy.
