Staying in Jacksonville for a few days visiting family and this hotel was very convenient. The whole staff was very friendly and talkative. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that we had no maid service at all for three days. But, there was a note explaining how to tip the maid through an app! There were only 2 packages of coffee and 2 cups. Good thing we had brought a box of k cups with us. Overall the hotel was pleasant, not noisy and convenient to family and downtown.

We spent two nights. My ac was not working the first night. They immediately fixed it and told me if it did not fix my room would be changed! They handled the situation professionally and in a timely manner! I had ice cold air that evening and slept like a baby lol! Thank you

Raucous, drunkfest party on 8th floor and management couldn't get a handle on it. My family could not sleep until 3AM. Will never consider this hotel again.
