Michael at the front desk greeted us with kindness and was very helpful in offering a room on the 1st floor which made it very convenient for me and my children. The reception area was very clean and our room was extraordinarily clean. Overall we will be staying here when in the area for sure !!!! GREAT place to stay!! Highly recommend

Conveniently located off the interstate and in a safe, quiet area, this Courtyard by Marriott is a great place for travelers and families. The staff was extremely friendly and very professional. Definitely staying here again on my next trip to/through Jacksonville.

At this specific time in my life I’m lacking words and normally I’d be full of them. Recently I’d lost my only sibling, my baby brother. Amongst my stay I’d briefly shared that with the front desk because they became “my friends” and on my final day they blessed me with a card giving me their condolences. You have no idea how much the gesture meant to me. Not only did the entire staff provide me superior customer service the location was very pleasing unto me and very accommodating. Anytime I am this way this would definitely be MY FIRST CHOICE!!! Thanks! Please send my love and KUDOS to the staff.

I enjoyed my stay here at Courtyard by Marriott. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful and patient even with the lobby being filled with kids making a lot of noise. I stayed in a room with a balcony and it was great! It was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable and it was clean. The cleaning lady who came by was really nice and offered to swap out our towels and service us if we wanted. Overall, nice hotel to stay at.
