We showed up to this hotel and they didn't have air conditioning working, no one told us this ahead of time. Mind you we have a dog and a child with us that cannot be left in a hot room when its 32 outside! The lady in the front was also super rude and unhelpful making it seem like its our fault that their air conditioning was out of service. Would never stay here again just by how they treated us. Want a full refund and she also refused to do that for us as well.

My family travelled four hours to attend an event that we later learned was canceled. We were prepared to just enjoy Jacksonville however our check-in was delayed. We were told that we’d receive a call once our room was ready. After waiting three hours for a call that we never got, we returned only to be told it would be another two hours. The desk attendant was courteous apologized for the inconvenience as we departed for our journey back home. I’ve stayed in this hotel several times (last Christmas) and have never experienced such difficulty with checking in. Not angry just disheartened…

Oh boy well for one you guys screwed me even though it wasn’t even a minute before calling to fix the issue and it was your guys computers system that messed the dates up and got charged an extra two hundred dollars to go to a hotel that didn’t get the view I asked for the rooms I paid for wherent next to each other l. They where dirty and not cleaned and they put us on a floor with a whole frat party and joked about it. They seemed to only use one elevator out of the four they have and it was full of stinky urine. There was nothing on there that said we had to pay for parking. Overall my experience was the worse ever at a hotel. We had three kids that we made you guys aware and couldn’t get them to sleep because of how loud the frat party was
