Great option for families.

Amazing staff, family environment, & super clean! What more can you ask for truly. I really wish I could really her name but a woman working at the front desk around 8 pm asked if my girls (4 & 2) could select a prize out of the treasure chest. It made their night super special and they’ve been talking about it since. One sweet action can make a lasting memory for a child. We will definitely stay again shall the need arise.

Comfortable and just what our family of five needed for an overnight stay on our way to south Florida.

This hotel should not be open or taking reservations. This was truly disappointing and unacceptable. The Hampton did not live up to their part of the contract. We had no gym access, no lobby to hang out in with children or family, no 1st floor bathroom or ice machine, and the breakfast area is in a make shift room that didn’t have a table for a family of 4. The entrance/check-in is literally card tables in a construction zone with ceiling and walls ripped up, plastic hanging everywhere exposed cables/wires coming out of the floor, and no paint or furniture. The breakfast was terrible quality, we didn’t have blankets on our beds, cover sheet felt like sand paper and our AC leaked all over the floor. We booked the largest room and it didn’t have a door to the sink area. This was especially hard at night trying not to disturb our sleeping children. Truly truly disappointed that no one is willing to accept responsibility as this was inexcusable.
