Four Points by Sheraton Jacksonville Baymeadows

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. TOYA was my absolute favorite. My children loved coming dwn and seeing her.

It was definitely one of the nicer hotels for the area the positives looked newly renovated had a nice bar, rooms were nicely sized, clean, had plenty of amenities and staff was very nice on day 1: the negatives, even tho I had 4 ppl in my party breakfast was only for 2, it was very noisy ppl slaming doors, kids running in the hall at 5am!, could hear the tv threw the walls, very small pool, the smell of marijuana down the walkways was overwhelming for a non smoking facility, walkways was very warm no air moving. Day 2 staff wasnt very nice

I stayed at this property for 4 nights excuse my children were sick snd being seen by a local doctor, I informed the hotel Staff of this situation with my family and they assured me sis would have the same room the whole time, well that was a lie. So every night the shower was stopped up so they would change my room and then that shower would be stopped up I was constantly standing in a pool of dirty water, it was completely unacceptable. Then the pump in my toilet broke so again they wanted me to change rooms. I told them I didn’t want I change so the GM told me that I either change rooms or I would have the next 45 minutes to check out or they would charge me for my room if I wasn’t out in time! Absolutely unacceptable

Nice new hotel. Big TV and a fridge in the room. Didn't appreciate that we had to pay $7 for my 9yr old kid to have breakfast, only my wife and I got a free voucher. Hotel is located behind a 24/7 Waffle House which can be a bit rowdy at night but otherwise a great location with lots of food options and close to highway.
