We stayed here for 3 nights. We never had anyone come into our room for new towels or to make up the beds. I had to call down for extra towels. They allowed a homeless man come into the lobby. Told him to leave but, never followed up on it. I ended up telling him to leave when he started harassing my young children. The staff was friendly at times but, not at all super helpful.

The hotel was very nice and well-kept and it was very close to the Baptist South Medical Center (where a family member was staying). The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly & helpful. The only slight complaint was that the breakfast bar ended a bit early (9:30am), but overall a great place to stay in Jacksonville.

I stayed at this location because it was right next to the hospital my family member was at. Aside from the misinformation I was given at check-in, the bed was horrible, the staff was rude, and there was a horrible smell in the lobby. It smelled like something died in an unclean litter box. That’s the only description I have for how bad it was. We ended up checking out a day and half early. When I asked about a refund I was told that because I booked through a 3rd party website they wouldn’t refund our money. So not only did the stay suck, I’m out obverse 200 bucks. I will never stay at a Courtyard again.
