This hotel was clean and very comfortable. The only thing I did it like was all the babies in diapers. I feel is not hygienic. Bar by the pool has good 😊 food

Pro: Great outdoor swimming pool area, especially for the kids. Clean hotel and room. Lots of towels in room, extra pillows, sheets and blankets were in the closet. Very close to the beach (walkable in a few minutes). Con: Continental breakfast was not good. Parking was $15. Lobby bathroom stall did not latch. Room sink did not drain.

Our family booked a stay at SpringHill Suites on Amelia Island FLA. Our stay was great. The rooms were clean, bed comfortable and bathroom clean. Only wish the pocket bathroom doors would lock. The breakfast was great but missed being able to make waffles. The hotel is also in walking distance of the beach! Love it! Will return!

Everything was great!! Except when we asked for early check in. We had called 3 hours ahead of time and the lady said the probably didn’t have time. I had one night stay coming in with 2 kids from a 6 hour drive. We had a surprise birthday party to hurry and get ready. I asked again when we got there at2 and was told I could change in a bathroom . The place is beautiful and clean. That’s my only complaint

I didn't get the room I signed up for on Hotels.com. I was very disappointed in the room. I am not going to use Hotels.com anymore. It is very important to me and my family that we get what we pay for this hotel was not cheap.

Nice design, modern yet comforting, convenience to the beach. I wish there was better quality breakfast food and a more fair method for getting pool chairs during peak season; was very crowded and some families took over the lounge chairs all day without actually being there.
