Loved the rooms, spacious and comfortable, the kids loved the pool, the staff was nice and charming. The breakfast was... Insanely bad. You will be fed, there were bread, jam and butter, and some warm options like oat porridge and scrambled eggs. But everything was served on/in disposable plastic - cups, trays, utencils. Then you throw everything in the trash when you're done. There was not a note describing the dishwasher is broken, if so I'd of course understand. From both an environmental and nutritional point of view I'm not impressed.

We booked a room to be in the area the night before our cruise. When we came into town the weather was a lot colder than expected, we had hoped to hang around the beach and find some stuff to do before check in, we called and they had a room ready hours prior for us. The room was very accommodating for 6 people, a lot of room and very clean. The location was great for the port and some surrounding shopping. Would definitely stay again, we are very thankful for the early check in due to 4 kids it took some stress of traveling off our plate. Thank you!

Location set up to assist couples and families awaiting cruises out of Port Canaveral. Good breakfast and accommodated families. Good size room with 2 tv's. Staff was engaging and willing to help. Enjoyed our stay.

Kim and Katie took care of us from the evening we checked in until our checkout. Each request was accommodated, and we appreciated the individualized attention as we were travelling with kids.

Check-in lady very friendly and accommodating to my requests. Room is very nice and spacious. My only negatives are 1) pulled out trundle and crumbs were on it and 2) a/c was not very cold when we were trying to sleep. They were so nice that I feel like they would’ve sent someone if I called to ask but it was late so we didn’t even call to ask for help with it. I would definitely stay here again though. My family and I loved it.

The bed was too soft and uncomfortable. I went to the front desk to see if I could get another room with a firmer bed and the receptionist said that all the beds were the same. I slept on the couch that had a pull out bed which was firmer, but I still woke up with a stiff back. The continental breakfast was terrible! They didn't even have any fresh fruit out. We tried the eggs, make your own waffles station and the oatmeal and everything was disappointing. My family decided to eat Nature Valley granola bars that we had in our bags from home. The only plus about this property was that the staff was very kind.

Has two king beds and a trundle bed with the room big enough for the whole family. Clean rooms, heated pool, hot breakfast.
