Hampton Inn & Suites Cape Canaveral Cruise Port

Great for family cruising

On of the best places I have ever been at. Rooms were clean. Beds were perfect and comfortable. No real noise, we did get a room just across form ice machine, but thankfully it was not constantly being used. The AC was great and you could set it to whatever temp you wanted. Honestly, the whoels set up was great, water was hot for showers (if thats what you want?) abd the breakfast we had included also included hot breakfast options. Really nice. Pool was large and very family friendly. Not a deep pool for most part but there was a section were it finally goes deeper. Lots of kids, fun and really nicely kept. Finally, folks there were amazingly nice and friendly. One even offered me cold bottle of water, before we set out fot Kenndedy Soade Ctr. We ate locally in restaurants in very close proximity to hotel, so that was a plus! Would go back to same hotel if revisiting! I made a great choice for myself and family. Have a safe trip!

Lobby is nice. Floors are filthy in the rooms. We had no towels and it took a long time to get them. The bar is outside where kids are screaming and everyone smokes. There is Ole any of room inside for a nice bar.

This hotel had ample parking and check in was smooth. It is a shared location with another hotel so there was some confusion as to which staff member to check in with. The rooms were in excellent condition and overall the hotel was clean and well kept. Breakfast was enjoyable and my two kids were happy with it. Overall I would highly recommend this over some of the other nearby options and will be staying here again prior to our next cruise out of Port Canaveral.

Unfortunately room was next to elevator and very loud. Dog barking, kids screaming running up and down the hallway.

The best part about this hotel is the location. I feel for $400 a night it was very overpriced. I arrived a couple hours early and they tried to charge me $30 extra to check in while the room was ready. Outdoor space is good, but they do not have food at the hotel. We seen a dozen families ordering take out. The room was good. No water in the rooms. Breakfast is okay at best. Most people are staying there pre cruise as we were also. They don’t offer a free transfer to the ship which is only a couple miles, but they have a non affiliated transfer that they upsale to you. For the value it wasn’t worth half of the money they charge. We won’t stay again. You just feel like you got taken advantage of in the end.

We like the space in the rooms. They fit our family of 5 well. I didn't like not getting maid services, however.

Overall the rooms were clean and the hotel was well maintained. The staff however have the tendency to charge people for multiple rooms when they take your card. Three of my family members were charged multiple times for a single nights stay. Definitely something suspicious going on in regards to charging people's cards for their stay.
