La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cocoa Beach Oceanfront

Clean, updated rooms. Very Good breakfast every morning. Amazing view and great location near the Cocoa Beach Pier. Our family would stay there again!

My family of four stayed in a 2 Queen Bed Ocean View Room and we loved the room and hotel. The rom itself was very clean, enough space for all of us + luggage, comfortable, with a great view of the ocean. The hotel staff was welcoming from beginning to end, including texting us throughout the stay to see if we needed anything. Hotel itself was clean, well maintained, enough parking, and excellent proximity to beach and pier. Complimentary breakfast wasn't spectacular but enough variety to get something in your stomach first thing in the morning. The only negative thing was the secondary elevator was foul smelling, hot, and slow.

The staff truly made our experience great! It really makes a difference when they treat you like family! Thanks so much ❤️

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful! The housekeeping staff did an amazing job and were quick! We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!!

We stayed here for the 1st time with our daughters (13 & 16) for Spring Break April 2024. We loved the hotel and the location doesn't get any better and a great price. Would definitely stay here again. All staff we talked to were happy and helpful. Everything was very clean and even the elevators were kept clean all day. The included breakfast was great with something for everyone and changed a little each day. Coffee all day with many flavor options was so nice and a great way to save money - we never bought coffee the whole week. The pool area is nice and the kids used it a couple times but we spent all our time on the beach. There is a walkway directly from the pool to the beach which is nice. The beach is beautiful and kept clean. Chairs and umbrellas are available to rent on the beach.

The Pros: We had a ground level room, in the corner so it was very quiet. The room. Had plenty of room to walk around as there were 4 of us. The Cons: The flood had not been washing in what I would say months. Although it appeared to be clean, our kids feet were literally black from walking on the tile. To make it worse, there was some sort of bug or rodent droppings on the a/c unit, which does not surprise me as there is a solid 1/2-3/4 gap under the front door, no telling what crawled in while not occupied. No way this room was worth what we paid. We were staying only a night to visit family in town for a cruise. Had it been longer, I would have demanded a different room.

We booked 2 rooms 2 queen beds in each and adjoining since big family and one room we opened the door tv was on and bed had sheets on floor not made, and it was a king not 2 queens. So we had to get a different room on different floor. Having my kids on another floor is not comfortable!

I couldn't tell if the room we were in had been recently renovated or needed to be. The hotel was still under renovations. We started in room 404 but it had sugar ants and moved to 406. We woke to find sugar ants in that room too. The workmanship on the finishes were so poorly done, possibly hired a not so good contractor to save money. You could see light coming from the weather strip around the door. I would say the cleanliness was 5 starts if it wasn't for the ants and poor workmanship that makes it challenging to clean properly. We did have a nice ocean view and great location. The pool was nice and warm and the bar made great family friendly drinks. Easy access to the beach with a wash off station when you're done. You'll have to rent chairs if you want them, they are not provided by the hotel like I was expecting.

WOW! I was overly impressed by the Customer Service provided by Summer! She was patient, polite, attentive, supportive and caring. LaQuinta has earned a lifelong customer that'll share this experience with friends, family and colleagues. I'm truly grateful to have had this wonderful experience! Thanks again Summer!
