We stayed at this property for a week while our children were in space camp and it was wonderful. The staff was very helpful with anything we needed. The pool was nice, with plenty of seating. I enjoyed working out in the gym and having the option to use the peloton was great.

We loved our stay here! The hotel is ULTRA clean - literally spotless. The hotel staff could be seen cleaning throughout the entire day. Everyone was also exceptionally friendly and helpful, including the desk and cleaning staff. We loved the continental breakfast! Fresh waffles and fruit! The pool and outdoor seating area is also amazing. My entire family was thrilled with the hotel. We'll most definitely return for any furture Cocoa Beach Trips.

We ended booking this room, because the “other place,” we had was awful. When we arrived, we were beyond satisfied! Clean/fresh/new-just fabulous. Highly recommend for a family trip 🌴☀️

The suite was very comfortable and clean or our family of 6. Staff was accommodating at check in. Good breakfast choices.

Pay more to stay somewhere else. Checked in around 2:45ish, and surprisingly our room was ready. We asked for a pack and play immediately upon checkin as we’d need it in 4 hours. Went to the pool before dinner, came back, still not there. Called and asked for it before leaving for dinner. Got back from dinner around 6:30ish, still no pack and play. Dude comes to give us one, but offers no apology for the four hours it took to receive said pack and play. Instead, keeps his eyes on his phone. Went to eat my dinner that I had to bring back, and the silverware has obviously not been cleaned as it greasy as can be. Got up the next morning to eat breakfast, and my kid says, “Dad, this milk tastes funny.” I take a swig of it, IT’S SOUR. FOUR CARTONS. We go through four cartons and they’re all bad. Told front desk, and while they did give me extra points, I don’t think anything will change unless they get some negative feedback.

Rooms were not connecting as I requested and room was not ready when my family and I arrived. When I asked to speak with the manager on duty I was told “ I can speak with him or her in the morning when I check out”. “There is not a manager on duty”. Only after speaking with the area sales manager and her calling the hotel did the manager mysteriously appear from a back office, defending the employee who had just blatantly lied and said there wasn’t a manager on duty

My husband and myself and our 11 year old son stayed in a 2 queen bed room that was huge! Our room window over looked the pool and bar which was great when my husband and I decided to walk down and enjoy a drink without our kid. He was able to just look out the window and see us. We only stayed for one night due to cruising out the next day. We didn’t even mention to the staff we drove in from out of state for a cruise and before even saying anything they asked if we needed any transportation to and from the hotel for cruising or airport which was super awesome to offer! Our room was great and came stocked with plenty of coffee and tea choices and any utensils we would need. My son had never stayed in a studio style hotel room so he was taken back by the almost full size fridge, sink, dishwasher and items needed to prepare a small meal if desired. Bathroom was large and stocked with toiletries if needed and check out time being 11 was super nice. There was a convenient complimentary breakfast bar that had bagels and cereal and toast, nothing fancy but enough to grab something small if you desired. It did rain from the time we got there until the time we boarded the ship though almost so we didn’t get to experience outside much or the pool to rate that but it seemed very nice. We also enjoyed the personable and kind bar tender at the patio bar on Sunday evening, she was super easy to talk to! If we came back to port canaveral we would most def stay here again!

Stayed here before we boarded our cruise ship for spring break. Great place to stay, spacious rooms, decent breakfast, great pool deck area to hang out and the kids loved the basketball court.

This property is great for family! Very clean and breakfast is good as well! We loved it here!
