Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort

I love Margaritaville. My only surprise is that a hotel named after an alcoholic beverage has a ton of kids. It was impossible to find a calm area in the pool. The roof pool was closed off for a wedding, so we were disappointed to not have an adult area to unwind in. I don't mind kids, but we just like to relax peacefully. Room was very comfy and clean. Only weird thing is their doors in the bathroom, they are barn doors so you cannot lock it? Very odd when we did a couple's trip with siblings. But overall I love this hotel, and would go back. Food is good too!

Amazing hotel and awesome pool. Super kid friendly and the beach was breathtaking. We will definitely return. We took Ubers everywhere and had no problems getting to destinations off the boardwalk area. The smell they have pumped throughout the hotel is intoxicating and they sell it in the spa.

Beautiful property and so much to do! Great place for couples and families.

Perfect get away to relax with some friends.. The food was delicious. The view to the oscean when the sun is coming up is amazing. The beach is spectacular in love ❤️ . The pool is super clean. Love this place definitely coming back with my family. I do recoment the balcony with the view to the oscean. Front row sit to the sun in the mornings. ❤️

The room was beautiful the door to the bathroom however was a sliding door that didn't stay closed which complicated things with kids and shower time. The pools closed at 7 which was way to early for the price you pay. The staff at check in were amazing but the service at one of the bar/restaurants was not very good waited 40 minutes for a server and no one showed up. All in all great weekend get away.

For the most part we enjoyed this property. It’s fun for families. I can’t give it five stars because our both our sink drains were broken on arrival and the public bathrooms were not clean. We had mixed customer service. Most workers were friendly and professional but we had two experiences where employees we very gruff with us. One was the maid service. If we weren’t out of the room by 9:00am she let us have it. The other was the activities lead who yelled at us for not all of us wearing helmets while using their bikes. Even though we did not know it was required, we were able to wear two, but most of the helmets were broken. The food and entertainment (live music) were great and we especially loved the taco truck! I would stay there again. I hope they take my review into consideration for making improvements.

We have stayed at other Margaritaville properties but this one was the worst one yet. The exterior of the property was dirty. The side of the building was like walking in an alley with suspicious characters hanging around. The adult pool was hot, our first meal upon arriving (Margaritaville Restaurant) had hair in it and was told no one in back has that color hair, Land Shark restaurant was dirty and staff was not friendly. We asked to have hot fries and were told "we'll try." The fire alarms were going off but did not go off on our floor. If it wasn't for a family member calling us, we would have never known. None of the staff knew what was going on, there was no one instructing anyone on where to go and when we told them there were elderly people needing assistance down the stairwell, no one seemed to care. We were very disappointed with our overall stay and as stated earlier, this was not our first time staying at Margaritaville property.

There is something for everyone. With or without kids. Overall, the resort had it all. Pools, beach, sand, entertainment, shops, restaurants, souvenirs, broadwalk, and much, much more. Everything else was a short drive away. Thanks again Margaritaville!
