What an amazing place. The lobby smell great. this is going to be our place to stay when we go to Fort Lauderdale or Miami the place was clean, friendly staff and everything work good in the room. The A/C worked great and the bathroom nice and big.
Now the bed it's comfy if you like soft mattresses. If the mattresses were a little firmer it'll be perfect.
Easy access to the beach with complimentary chairs and towels. The swimming pool in the 7th floor it was amazing, nice and clean plenty of room to sit and relax. Also the whirlpool was nice and hot although kids shouldn't be allowed in that area because for them it's just another place with water to Splash around and be loud
Also the bar was fully stock and bartender who took care of us was very friendly and funny. I wish I can remember his name. The D.J was very good in creating a nice atmosphere to enjoy your drinks.
The price for the room was great too.
Now having said all this. I think the parking fee was a little stiff, even for me, 45 dollars a day hmmm. Yes they had valet parking service but still a little too much.
Now the valet parking personnel was great and courteous but I believe they're short handed specially on the weekends. they had 2 events going on and it was check out time. Like I said short handed. Therefore I don't blame them. Whoever schedule personnel should've seen this.
Finally Pedro the valet parking attendant was great, friendly, funny and great advice on places where to find great Cuban food.

Okay, so there are so many things to say. The room and size for a king suite was gorgeous. The rooms were quiet. The fridge was medium size, which is big for a hotel. Very nice. The balcony was big and beautiful. The closets in the bedroom spacious and perfect.
The downsides... the room was full of small bugs. I thought ants but others said something else. I reported to staff and they came up (very nice people) but they spraid raid everywhere. I had to keep the doors closed to bedroom and open the balcony door all night. Not wanting to give my kids cancer over some small bugs.
Meanwhile they are still there. The toilet seat was broken and the outside bedroom handle kept pulling out. There is not much pressure in shower.

We had a terrible experience staying in the room
First we could Not get the shower to work right
The water was extremely hot , very dangerous to my kids
The blow dryer was making very bad smell and noise
The washer machine is broke
Next door to us the put a family with 2 dogs that barked all night
Last day Sunday we went early swimming came back on 10 minutes to 11 am and the key didn’t open the door I had to look for maintenance
Very very bad experience

Walking distance to the beach was amazing.. unfortunately the pool closed the entire time I was there with my kids.. I would not have booked if known in advanced pool was closed.. you travel to hang out any the pool and enjoy the amenities.. Which are fully advertised..
Shower was broken and elevators malfunctioning was not fun..
But the space and location were great..
The MG is never available of assistance unless you email her…
But they sure never hesitated to charge a daily fee..
Expedia has on their site that they charge $100
For deposit…. Wrong they charge $500plus…
Customer needs to improve for sure..

I’ve stayed at this property close to 10 times over the last 4 years. However I don’t know if there was a change of management because this last time it was way belo average.
1. I specifically choose this property because it is pet friendly and I was never worry about someone entering my room for housekeeping. However, this time 2 times someone came knocking to my door to check the ac and fire alarm, so I had the constant worry of someone coming in while my dogs were alone in the room.
2. If you plan to have a relaxing day drinking by the pool, out of the question. This has never been a problem in fact they have an amazing rooftop bar, however this time around a guy came and said that no drinks by the pool, we tried to explain that another guy had said that it was ok to have drinks on the pool edge, just not to take it to the middle of the pool, and this guy said that what he said goes and no drinks in the pool. First time this happens, so if you are thinking about having some drinks, and quality time chatting with friends and family by the pool during a hot day, forget it. Advise for the resort, don’t have staff offering drinks for sale to people in the pool if they are going to be asked to go outside. I felt like I was in a school camp.
3. Pool was closed on my last day at the hotel and there was no prior warning. I left the hotel that day at 12:00 pm and had yet to receive a notification about pool being closed. Had to go spend and extra $400 for a day pass at Margarita

Excellent amount of space. Accommodations were very family friendly. When we had questions about the room, staff was quick to answer. Very nice views from the balcony. Loved that beach towels, chaise’s, and umbrellas were available - bikes too. A broadwalk gem!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We walked into our room and my fiancé asked, “we’re only staying here one night?!” It is gorgeous, we wanted to stay longer! Heck, we would live here if we could! There are plenty of places to walk to, including the beach, which is right across the street. We have the perfect view from our balcony as well. There is also a highly rated gelato shoppe attached to the hotel that offers liquor and wine infused gelato of all varieties (as well as glasses of wine). After dessert, we spent time in our gorgeous hotel, which is more like a condo, and sent photos of it to our family (because it’s THAT NICE). Then we slept like babies until the sun came up! DEFINITELY staying here whenever we come down to the Fort Lauderdale area.

My family and I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. This spot truly amazed us, just walks away from the beach, the amenities in the room( sink, fridge dishwasher etc. was like an apartment ) traveling with a child those are important to me. My son was ready to move in lol. Our balcony views were amazing, but most of all the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! The location also had kid accommodations for the pool (life jackets and floaties). On the adult side def great for couples the strip had a lot of restaurant and bars and fun activities todo. The hotel also has a rooftop spot with different adult activities as well. I truly had no complaints and will be booking again in the future. Such a great experience !
