Hollywood Beach Marriott

This was a great stay for a family vacation. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location on the Hollywood boardwalk can’t be beat. My kids enjoyed all the little amenities - beach chairs, snacks, etc. I only wish we had had time for bikes.

Having the beach right outside the hotel was amazing! Being able to wake up and watch the sunrise was very enjoyable. Our whole family enjoyed our time here and did not want to leave. The restaurant downstairs is top notch with an incredible staff. The food is amazing. The breakfast buffet, while not included with the room, was well worth the extra $25. It was real food! Plus we got to continue watching the sunrise while eating breakfast on the patio. I will definitely be bringing my family back here in the future. The staff is friendly, the parking is easy, the location of perfect (for us), the rooms are very clean, private, and the area is pretty safe too. Miami was flooding while we were in town, so I can't say too much about the surrounding area.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's location; it’s conveniently situated by the beach and just a few blocks from numerous dining options. The beach was stunning and clean during my stay, and the great weather added to the experience. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the pool attendant was particularly nice. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale. I loved my stay and plan to bring friends and family in the future.

sadly, being a Marriott Bonvoy clients for many years, extremely disappointed, many staff members clearly have an attitude, the beach, attendance what I believe, has nothing to do with Marriott or a bunch of nasty humans. The buffet at the hotel itself not only was it overpriced. It was absolutely disgusting. Do not offer a buffet at $60 for two people and then expect the waitress to get a fair tip $70 for disgusting scrambled eggs is the worst thing ever experienced in my entire life. it's safe to say it's time to leave the Marriott family. Amazing time at Hollywood Beach Marriott! Staff were always friendly and accommodating especially as we were travelling with small kids. Hotel grounds were always clean, and we were in close proximity to many amenities, shops, and dining. This hotel features a good size pool that is family-friendly and has a clear view of the beach, which is just steps away!!

A/C unit made whistling noise the entire time. I asked to be fixed, they sent maintenance. But it wasn’t fixed. I was told I could move rooms but no joining rooms that we currently had. Was given good credit and told that was all they do. Along with the a/c, the Water for shower was mild not hot. Lady working the Monday Tuesday was rude and yelling at kids. Bikes were never available to use, they need to invest in more for more people wanting to use this feature. Drinks at pool are slushies not smoothies. Wasn’t impressed with this resort especially with it being a Marriott and the price.

The staff was very helpful and professional, room was very nice and quiet… would recommend for family staying, real nice beach area… will definitely come back!

Another lovely stay. Thanks to Sharon, Alexandra and others for always making me and my family feel welcomed. Our go-to place whenever I visit Mom or in area on business. The ocean and Broadwalk are priceless for peace. God bless.

The location of the hotel is good. The facility itself is a bit dated. Overall it’s clean and comfortable. The staff are not rude, but not super friendly either. We enjoy the free bike rental and afternoon snacks. Having a microwave on premise is very convenient. It’s a good place for families.

We had a wonderful stay! I researched so many hotels in the Hollywood Beach area and I am so happy that we chose the Marriott! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the champagne and snack service that was provided every day. We also used the free bike rental to explore the Broadwalk. The pool and hot tub were very nice and the free slushies were a great plus! We also took advantage of the complimentary beach chairs which were a very nice perk. The restaurant was great and our 9 year old even loved the food! Our room was clean and spacious, perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. The bed was soft and comfortable. We would definitely come back and stay again!
