Not only is it close to the beach, the atmosphere was great. There is a ton of dining options, plus the live music on the beach was incredible. It was like a small outdoor theater and the band covered so many different genre’s of music. The property itself was clean and convenient. We only stayed one night as we were catching a cruise the next day. However it would have been great for a family of four or two couples. It had a stove, fridge, coffee pot, etc. very nice.

Most of the units were rented to rowdy spring breakers which led to sleepless nights with my young children. Would not stay again.

Perfect location, far enough from the Broadwalk traffic, but close enough to walk to everything! Room was very clean and spacious. The only complaint would be storage for clothes and bathroom items. We made it work though. We had to leave 2 days early due to a death in the family. The staff was very thoughtful and did not charge us for those last 2 days. I really didn’t expect that to happen but am so appreciative of them that they did. Would definitely stay again.

I was supposed to get a room with a queen size bed and they put us in a room with an old busted full size bed that seemed to be from the 90s. Hair all over the bathroom. They also stuck us in a room that was right next to a familywith a crying baby. No vending machines or ice. Then the cleaning staff woke as up way to early by banging around in the room on the other side of the crying baby.

Cockroaches, bed bugs, wifi didn’t work, loud outdated appliances, spotty air conditioning and rundown building. No phones in room, or usb chargers. Very let down, a lot nicer properties in this area I could have stayed at for similar price. Nice area though, the boardwalk is a blast. My kids call this the bug hotel.

The property is right in the heart of Hollywood Beach. Amazing restaurants all around you. The property itself definitely has been updated but it seems quite old. The rooms are huge so helpful for families. If you don't need fancy or a 5 star place or need space and a small kitchen for a family, this is a good option.

We stayed for 3 nights in the standard suite. We mainly chose this property for the kitchen & also to have some space for our toddler. We just loved our stay! The service of the staff was great. They have 9 one-storied buildings in a big area. We stayed at the building no 9, which is their latest. So everything seemed pretty good to us. Not sure of other buildings though. It takes only a minute to reach the beach. The beach was beautiful! Compared to Miami beach, we liked it more as a family friendly, laid back kind of beach. The hotel provides free beach chairs & towels. Ryan & Sonia in the reception were so helpful. Our flight got delayed, and they let us do the late check out with a fee. Also let us use the beach chairs & towels even after we checked out. You can also use the bathroom in the reception which was pretty clean. They have laundry facility in building no 6. Room service is provided everyday. The closet was big enough for the three of us, and yet there were over door clothing hangers in bathroom & bedroom which was pretty convenient. The only downsides are - you cannot open the windows & there should be more pans to cook. Cutlery was enough though. Overall we highly recommend this property, specially for families with kids.

wanted to let someone know about my recent stay at Hollywood Beachside Boutique and Suites. It was an absolute nightmare from the beginning. The road to get to the hotel was flooded, upon checking in when we arrived the room floor was wet and had sand throughout the floor. The refrigerator was leaking water , the shower had rust all over it, the air conditioning is so loud at night you can’t sleep, the street lights shine in the bedroom window all night, no screens on the windows, utensils in the windows because they don’t lock, had blood stains on the sheets . I went to the front desk was told the manager would be in at 11:00am, went back at 11:15 and was told all of a sudden the manager would not be coming in today however I could send an email. Was told the supervisor would come, upon her arrival she doesn’t speak English so could not understand us nor could we understand her. The maintenance man came looked at the AC yet again doesn’t speak English . He walked out. The pictures on the internet are misleading. The hotel needs updating. I have attached photos of what our room looked like. I paid 401.00 plus 36.00 for parking which by the way is a joke because it’s hard to find a spot near your room. The environmental of this facility is not good. My family and I never complain but this was uncalled for .
