Our family has been staying at this property for many years. It is always clean and so close to the beach. Looking so forward to next year.

This is a two minute walk to the beach and close to all the popular restaurants in the area, walkable close! It’s also a walkable distance to a stop for the water taxi that can take you to and from Hollywood to Fort Lauderdale. They provide beach towels and chairs which is a nice plus, our room was clean but had some expected wear to it. Walls are a little thin could definitely hear our neighbors on both sides but wasn’t a huge issue as we weren’t spending much time in the room when you’re that close to such a pretty beach. Over all we were happy with our stay bed was comfortable, bath room was clean, saw no bugs anywhere in the room and it is very reasonably priced considering the excellent location. My boyfriend and I will definitely come again it was perfect for us. If I was bringing kids the noise at night might have been a bigger deterrent.

Not only is it close to the beach, the atmosphere was great. There is a ton of dining options, plus the live music on the beach was incredible. It was like a small outdoor theater and the band covered so many different genre’s of music. The property itself was clean and convenient. We only stayed one night as we were catching a cruise the next day. However it would have been great for a family of four or two couples. It had a stove, fridge, coffee pot, etc. very nice.

Most of the units were rented to rowdy spring breakers which led to sleepless nights with my young children. Would not stay again.

Perfect location, far enough from the Broadwalk traffic, but close enough to walk to everything! Room was very clean and spacious. The only complaint would be storage for clothes and bathroom items. We made it work though. We had to leave 2 days early due to a death in the family. The staff was very thoughtful and did not charge us for those last 2 days. I really didn’t expect that to happen but am so appreciative of them that they did. Would definitely stay again.
