Everything was great , me and my family had a great time

The young lady who worked in the office was amazing. Customer service was great. This place is wonderful. My family really enjoyed it.

I loved the location!! I had requested that the rooms be next to each other and was assured that wasn't a problem. However, when I checked in the receptionist was not aware of my request and could not accommodate us. The upside was that we were only one door away. I rented 2 rooms and one of them had an extremely small shower. It was hardly big enough for a midget!! That was the very disheartening since one of our family members is older and had difficulty maneuving the small space.

Had a last minute idea to stay overnight at the beach with the family. We figured the hotel didn’t have to be fancy since we would mostly be on the beach. We were so wrong. Hotel room had fruit flies and smelled like mold. The tv could only get 5 channels and no streaming services. The construction of the room was so shoddy, My daughter got locked in the bathroom cuz the handle was broken. The only positives are the location, the tiki bar and the price. For a beach bum that’s great, not so much for a family.

This is truly a hidden treasure! So close to the beach and family friendly. We will stay here again for sure :)

We enjoy the location as it is close the dining and beach. The staff is friendly and especially the bartender Coco at the Tiki Bar. She made us feel like family and was always in a pleasant upbeat mood!

I recomended this place . My family enjoy it a lot.

1. its steps away from the beach. which is awesome. but can be bad too. its noisy at night with people walking outside. the hotel Tiki bar is annoying loud after 6pm and wont stop until 11pm. you can hear thru the walls. i hear below us and next to us the people talking. loud parties go late in the night. i had to call the Tiki Bar to have them stop whatever party was going on below us. because the hotel after hour line never answered. 2. the office closes at 5pm?! what hotel does that? if we need service or security they arent there after 5pm. 3. the beds are soooooo noisy and old. every time i turned in bed i woke up my kids. 4. the room was clean. the bed was clean. the kitchen was clean. over all it was really clean. i liked that. but i would not recommend this hotel for family with small kids. the area is noisy and their Tiki bar too and some guest have parties at night. if you do want this hotel because its so close to the beach you can request a room as far behind from the Tiki Bar as possible. but keep in mind you will hear thru walls. they have a parking lot where you need to pay $15.90 per night if you want a secured spot. they have cameras. i liked that they had a parking spot but i hated that i had to pay extra for it. doesnt make sense. i pay for my stay and i have to pay extra for parking?
