This stay was awesome from Kevin at checkin to Cheryl in the breakfast. The Tom was very comfortable and clean. I totally enjoyed my stay me and my family. Thank you residence inn will be back soon 😀

Hotel looked very dated and not the expected standard. Shower didn't have very warm water, the sofa bed was old and my child said was a bit uncomfortable.

Most everything was AOK.The breakfast buffet gave a overly loud speech every morning to welcome everyone and how we were all family that I could have done without

Kevin at the front desk was amazing. He was EXTREMELY busy but was very friendly and handled the rush of multiple families checking in at the same time very efficiently .

I stayed one night at this hotel with my three kiddos in a 2 bedroom suite. It’s a ten minute ride from fll airport. There were only two beds total-most two bedroom suites I’ve stayed in the past within this chain have three (one in the master and two in the second). There are some food options within walking distance from the hotel. The beds were so hard and there was a lot of road noise at night. Overall it was a decent stay but I may choose somewhere else next time.
