Staff and Service were great! They were kind, friendly and very helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. There were no dine in, family friendly restaurants nearby. And there was a neighbor gas station that was blaring music so loud way past midnight for two nights in a row. Apparently the hotel has called and complained several times and cops called but were no help. I wish they offered shuttle services into town but that's just a little miner convinience that would've been nice!

The door to the room jammed and some neighbors in the hallway were asked to help. After numerous tries, it opened. Inside the room, the door to the closet was constantly jamming. Worst of all, there was no cartoon network for my kids. I was disappointed for them and they were disappointed too. The maintenance lady could not fix it and said that the channel was blocked. This was a lame cop out.
