This was a reasonably priced hotel within walking distance of the Washington Mall. It was clean. The staff was kind. The valet parking was convenient. We would stay there again. Breakfast was good, but very crowded the last day of our stay. It seems like a lot of families and school groups stay here at certain times of year, which was just fine for us.

Breakfast options were perfect. Not as centrally located as I wished traveling with kids. Place was clean and staff were very nice

The staff were friendly and the price was reasonable. The best part was the included breakfast. My kids loved it and we were able to save a lot of money from it.

Jose at the front desk was very helpful. He helped get a refrigerator delivered to the room since we needed it for baby formula. The whole staff including the valet people were nice and helpful. Definitely recommend especially if you’re going to a game or event at capital one arena.

We traveled as a family on a very complicated week for Thanksgiving break. Hotel was completely booked and even then you wouldn't found anything out of place. Ms. Rosa the cleaning lady was awesome, every morning she would take a minute and say hi and wish you a beautiful day. She noticed you and that is something you dont find everywhere. Erica from the fornt desk was amazing, gave as directions and tips for places and restaurants, even when you could see see she was super busy she patiently answered all our questions. Didnt retain the name of the breakfast crew but big thanks for keeping everyone happy and continously replenish the missing food. Sorry if I dont name anyone else but we have zero complaints snd thank all of you. Area does not look nice or safe but we didn't have any problems walking there at night. Hotel in general is a little old but well kept and employees make the difference.

My family enjoyed the closeness of being downtown and the surrounding stores and restaurants. We were able to walk around and see sights such as the China Town Fire Station, because one of my family members is a firefighter. The hotel was able to furnish taxi's for our transportation and valet parking for our SUV to keep it safe. The breakfast was great every morning.

Great breakfast! BUT the cheap particle board furniture in the room was chipped, only one light in the room worked and the shower faucet was rusted underneath. The room decor was old and tacky. The "art" (which was on the bathroom wall) looked like it was cut from a magazine and was crooked in the frame. I point that out because the room was designated for the visual and hearing impaired. I am neither but I'm concerned that the hotel assigns a substandard room to guests they think are handicapped. Perhaps all rooms are this disappointing; I don't know. There is no nearby public parking, but an expensive valet parking service operates a station in the hotel lobby. FYI Not great for children. The surrounding area appears to have some "adult entertainment".

The DC downtown does have a few homeless people around, but this hotel felt safe for me and my kids. Walking distance to the museums.

I stayed here with my family to attend a Washington Wizards game. The location was excellent as far as being in walking distance to the arena and lots of food options. The room was also very clean
