Extremely noisy, no customer service waited 20 plus minutes for checking in lobby crowded and drinking alcohol, kids running around with no supervision, no food selection everything cold.

Facilities were new and clean. Front desk were welcoming. Negative goes to the "included" breakfast. Was supposed to end at 9.30am, well was 9am and 3 families were left with a few baggeld and coffee only. The worker in the "kitchen" was avoiding us so we asked for help in the front desk and suddenly "chef" came only to say "Pancake mix" was not ready and eggs might not be ready before kitchen closes at 9.30am! And sure thing at 9.30am she showed to clean empty tabkes and turn off TV, even when kids were still watching.

Would not stay here again. The only positive was the location. Our room had 1 towel & when we requested more, they said they had no more. Went to the ice machine on 2 separate occasions, & there was no ice. Very noisy, late into the night with kids running around.

We had a good experience .We arrived in the evening very tired from long trip and busy day with family .Requested quiet area as I am .light sleeper .The sweet lady at desk honored this .Also asked if possible for coffee pot in room generally not offered .This was also.honored ready for us when we got back from quick.dinner.The staff werevall.kind .The bed was comfy .It was quiet for us and so appreciated .We will stay again when in area. Thank you for hospitality .
