We enjoyed our family vacation in the hotel! The pool was great, employees very pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Everything would have been much better had there not been an alarm going off until 1:00 am. When I called the front desk to alert them, they first questioned if I was hearing things and then said someone would be by to take care of it. I went back down to the front desk and was told the manager would be by soon to correct the issue. When I asked how long, they asked if I wanted my room changed….at 11:30 pm….with a family of five. I asked again about the manager and no answer. No follow up and no compensation for the poor conditions. Disappointing as most Hampton inns we stay at have had excellent service.

The General Manager Fred was just an amazing human. Amazing interactions with my children and wife. I will spend dollars at his hotel each time I am in the region.

The amenities listed on this app versus what we got was very different. All the amenities aren’t as listed are what we received and is very over priced for the amount of amenities not listed plus it’s on the side of a highway that is very hard to maneuver and difficult to get to the actual beach. I was not aware that this location is very secluded at night and isn’t very safe if you aren’t trying to not get kidnapped.

The room was comfortable and the check-in/check-out staff were both friendly and efficient. We unfortunately stayed the same time as a kid's party and or Little League team. They ran up and down the halls a couple of times and completely took over the pool/gaming room. While they did offer to make room for us, I felt the children were too large and energetic for my 2 year old to join them. This is my second time staying here and I plan to come again.

This was my family and I best Hampton stay. Everybody was friendly and helpful. Love the book nock idea. Save the day for my grandchildren and I. Thanks for the fun at the beach atay!

The experience was okay. The gentleman who checked us in was great. However, the front desk in the evening wasn't very kind. Brian and Will. Brian would not allow us to change the channel on the lobby TV. It was the semi finals mens. Huge game. Then Will claimed he was getting complaints of our children running around and that was a the alse statement. In addition the pillows are extremely soft. I was ok but my husband needed a firmer pillow and they literally gave my another pillow that was exactly the same.
