The room was comfortable and the check-in/check-out staff were both friendly and efficient. We unfortunately stayed the same time as a kid's party and or Little League team. They ran up and down the halls a couple of times and completely took over the pool/gaming room. While they did offer to make room for us, I felt the children were too large and energetic for my 2 year old to join them. This is my second time staying here and I plan to come again.

This was my family and I best Hampton stay. Everybody was friendly and helpful. Love the book nock idea. Save the day for my grandchildren and I. Thanks for the fun at the beach atay!

The experience was okay. The gentleman who checked us in was great. However, the front desk in the evening wasn't very kind. Brian and Will. Brian would not allow us to change the channel on the lobby TV. It was the semi finals mens. Huge game. Then Will claimed he was getting complaints of our children running around and that was a the alse statement. In addition the pillows are extremely soft. I was ok but my husband needed a firmer pillow and they literally gave my another pillow that was exactly the same.

This was my family’s second time at Hampton Inn Rehoboth and it was just a great as the first time. The staff was very pleasant Paula and Brian! They were phenomenal. The breakfast was amazing, free parking, very close to the beach and a lot of other fast food restaurants. This will be my go to spot anytime I’m traveling to Rehoboth. 100/10!!!

The worst hotel we have ever stayed. The hotel is full of bedbugs! We were there for a family vacation thinking we picked a good hotel. It was an absolute disaster and really regretted we picked the hotel. First impression when we checked-in was unbelievably bad. It was a lady who seemed to be really unwelcoming. She seemed not happy working there at all. What customer service?! Customer service is non-existent! We were confused but tolerated everything until we couldn’t sleep, especially my toddler, because of bed bugs. We changed rooms twice, but all rooms seemed to be infested. The worst part is that front desk people didn’t seem to care even with the bedbug picture below. No apologies for any inconvenience the bedbugs caused us. Please refer the picture below and stay away from this hotel! Run 🏃‍♀️ away!!!!!

I stayed at the Hilton with my two children from July 3-5 and we all had a blast. The hotel guest we’re very nice, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was phenomenal. Only thing that was missing was protein but there were plenty other restaurants if you wanted other options. It was super close to the beaches and there was a water park directly across the street that we enjoyed. We could have walked but with my small children, I did not want to cross that bud road. My overall experience was 20/10. Me and my family will be back before the summer is over ! Parking was free also which is a super plus for me!

After a long drive to Ocean City then back to Delaware, Hampton Inn was my place to be and rest. My check in was simple, the area, and surrounding made me feel like a fish in a tank, the place was vibrant, colorful room and lovely decorations. There’s a lot of parking , a sushi restaurant and McDonald opposite side of the hotel. My room was so cold, love it! Because outside was 92 degree. After my shower, I slept like a baby on a mattress that felt new, hard and firm. I had a good and well rested night. I will definitely go back, when I revisit Delaware.

Last minute stay when the accomodations at my sister's beach House were going to be less than ideal - air mattress on floor of the family room. Wasn't thrilled with the high midweek rate but it was about the same as the other hotels. Check in was quick considering I was 3rd in line, and clerk very friendly. Hotel was quiet, beds were comfortable, and breakfast in the morning was great. The lady working the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful. No complaints at all.
