Staff was friendly and amazing. However, my patience was tested with keys not working, three trips back to the front desk. Again, staff was great. Straw that broke the camels, blood stains on the mattress, sand all over the aofa bed, bathroom door didn't lock. I brought this to their attention, they are still recovering from Covid but I was disappointed. Traveling with 3 kids, sleeping on a crappy mattress definitely hurts my back at this age. I would still return because I know they will get it resolved in the future.

We enjoyed our 2 adjacent rooms for our family. Our grand son enjoyed the pool. Pool shower was broken.

Breakfast food was good. The breakfast tables were sticky, dirty. Someone [child?] or something [dog?] was running, jumping in the room above us for hours; very disturbing.

Comfortable & convenient lodging. Efficient check-in. We initially thought heat was not working, but front desk staff promptly addressed that. Breakfast area coffee, tea & hot chocolate & fruit (oranges) available 24/7. Breakfast options included gluten-free individually wrapped bagels & also GF sliced bread which my GF family member appreciated.

We smelled weed from the time we walked in until we left. Not so great for people traveling with a baby.
