Perfect for Sports at the Beach baseball families. 10 minute drive. Clean and quiet with restaurant choices in walking distance

The property was a new unique concept. (so it was fun to learn about). The rooms are a little small. A family of four there for a couple nights sensed the space was a little smaller. It feels like the hotel really looked at what people use (or don't use) in the room and then worked with the data to create a more efficient experience. For instance, there is no in-room coffee maker... BUT in the lobby is fresh ground coffee 24/7 (the best coffee in a hotel lobby I have ever had). There is no microwave, but there is a very nice setup on the first floor that made quick dining with the family quite nice (including re-heating some leftovers). There is only the first-floor ice maker... BUT next to the ice maker is a huge amount of ice buckets. I just grabbed a couple of buckets and filled them every time we were going up to the room. Super easy. There is a very small work area in the room. but I found downstairs was 2 or 3 areas where I could work quietly (i just had to wear pants) So in summary, this is a great business hotel. and it is a pretty good family hotel. if you need a spacious standard room, maybe this is not the place. But if you want a clean, efficient hotel and don't mind a couple corners cut, i think this place is great.
