Hilton Garden Inn Hartford North/Bradley Int'l Airport

Booked this hotel on our way due to a family emergency. Check-in was easy, room was clean, beds comfortable, and overall the hotel was quiet.

Wasn’t aware that the pool is no longer open and with kids that made it hard .

Its good besides the tv not working whdn i called the front desk he was supposed to come take a look never csme or followed up i was to busy with funeral service and family to push the issue

I liked the hotel overall; however, my family and I were disappointed that the pool was permanately closed and the exercise room only had an eliptical working. Both treadmills were out of order.

My husband and I have stayed here many times when visiting family in the area. The first years of staying were great; then, after Covid, building maintenance, and several lackluster employees made for less than pleasant stays when compared to our previous experiences. We hesitated about going back but for various reasons this year, the familiar was easier than trying something new. We are now glad that we did. This past Thanksgiving, 2023, everything was A from the front desk staff, the quality of the dining room food and service, cleanliness, and calm ambience. Our room shined, seemed more open and spacious, and the bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. It seems as though the original Garden Hilton that we liked from the start is back and better than ever. We plan to go back there, too, next time we're in the area. Thank you for making our Thanksgiving complete.

Hotel was clean and staff was very nice, but the description is a bit misleading. This is NOT an airport adjacent hotel! It was a 20 minute drive away. Not a great option when your flight gets in at midnight. Also, it says two double beds but these were the smallest double beds I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t fit (as an adult) with my small child without one of us falling out. They’re good for one person only. The breakfast buffet was a joke- the same continental breakfast you see at every hotel (white bread and bagels in a clear acrylic case, cereal in containers) and it was like $14.95! The hot menu had more choices but still around $14-16. It was really disappointing but we were stuck without a vehicle so it was the only breakfast option. I’m hindsight I would have bought the vouchers with the booking to save money.

My kids stayed and they liked the room the shuttle was not available but the front desk paid for their taxi.Clean room and nice 2 queen beds . It would have been better if they offered complimentary breakfast for the amount that I paid especially if you're checking out early to catch a flight.
