Great stay. Friendly staff. Very welcoming front desk staff, accommodating for kiddos- went out of their way to offer coloring pages and crayons for our crazy kids. Breakfast was wonderful and wait staff incredibly kind and personable.

Ample space for a family of four in the hotel suites! One full and one half bath, a bedroom and a living area with a pullout couch, lots of desk and table space for my daughters to do their homework in between morning and evening swim meet sessions. The only thing I found lacking was no silverware (when we ordered takeout we realized we had nothing to eat it with!) and no microwave or toaster. Otherwise it had everything we could have needed!

The website says"Pet friendly" so we drove all the way to Storrs, 3 1/2 hours for a family event and went to check in at about 11PM. We told them we had a dog with us and they said it was not allowed. I told them we had gotten it from the website and they said"we are trying to fix that". We had pre-paid in advance. If the site is not up to date then the customer has to be allowed to have their pet. THis was a pretty lousy experience.

We came to Storrs for a last minute family event. This hotel was PERFECT. In particular, the staff was incredibly accommodating. Amare at the front desk went out of her way to help us. Rooms are comfortable, location is great, restaurant is delicious and the staff is so helpful. STAY HERE!
