Love the ambiance of this hotel, very clean, lovely teas in your room. My first stay here was perfect, my second stay I was on the second floor, and there were kids running up and down the hallway for the greater part of the day, my work was on 3rd shift, so my sleep tume was during this time, and that was a bit awful.

First time at the Watershed and we would definitely return. We have family in Southport and there aren’t a lot of options. We like the Delamar but the price point makes it hard to stay there every time we come to visit. We found the Watershed this time and although it was a little drive for us it was totally worth it. Location is near the river and train which made for nice view. Overall property had a good design, and seems well maintained. Rooms were quiet and clean, large bathroom and appreciated the Malin and Goetz amenities! We stayed three nights. House keeping was great and we always came back to a tidy room. Beds were comfy, just wish they had down pillows. Ones we had were overstuffed and not especially comfortable. Parking easy and free and everything you need is nearby. Friendly staff, we will definitely return.

Newly renovated room was very clean, comfortable and with tasteful decor. Large bathroom perfect to share with family. Only comment is that hallway sounds/voices tended to be loud.

It was very convenient to our family but a bit dated and spartan. A little more for breakfast in the am might have been nice. Plus, just two towels each day for three guests.

Rooms are a nice size. Beds are very comfortable. Staff is pleasant. Complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. This is our go to hotel for when we’re visiting family in CT.

This was the worst experience of my life. I was traveling with two kids and we were put in a room above a club with music so loud that the walls were rattling. The kids didn’t get any sleep. If the hotel isn’t kid friendly then the website should be more transparent

We were in town for a family party. We needed a place to stay for the night. This hotel was adequate. There was no breakfast service Sunday morning so we had to get that on the road home. The room was comfortable, bed was good. Our basic needs were met.
