This hotel has many family’s with children who are without a home to live in. Very noisy in the evening.

We ended up staying in a room next to a family who let their kids go Wild. They were screaming through the walls and playing so rough the walls were actually moving. My bed moved at one point it was so rough. Terrible experience.

A bit dated but comfortable. Great friendly staff. No pool but still perfect for our family's overnight stay conveniently off the I-95. Second floor was pet friendly and also had the single king beds that my wife and I originally booked but had to change it to the upper floors to distance ourselves from possible encounters with barking. Double beds but it put us on the same floor with the grown kids and the grandkids.

Honestly I didn't think I would like the bed as it was pretty hard but I slept great! Thin walls maybe. Our neighbors were pretty loud next to us at the head of our beds we could hear way more then we wanted to, lol the first night and the second night above us sounded like they had children just jumping and running around well past midnight.

It's a strange little hotel, with a 70s-ish building looming over a small neighborhood of single-family homes. Lobby is pretty dated, but the rooms have been kept upgraded; are very clean; and the staff are very nice. Ample parking. Noise is from nearby railroad/I-95, hallways are pretty quiet. Increasing number of dining options in a semi-gritty neighborhood. Have stayed several times and will be back.

I’ve stayed here in the past, then as now the staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and the queen is a good size. The hotel is on the small side. During my stay the hallways are well lit and there were no children running up & down halls yelling. I thoroughly enjoy staying here.

The room smelled of stale cat pee. We had to go to Walmart and buy air fresheners to spray around and plug in. We had a child with asthma and it was flaring up in the room. The hotel is old and dated but that wasn’t a big deal. The bathroom was clean. Front desk staff was friendly.

For a budget-priced hotel, they do a great job. Rooms always clean and surprisingly quiet. Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Area is a little strange--one bordering street is single-family homes, another is commercial construction. But have always felt safe parking and walking around here. If you're lucky, the Mexican Food Truck will be a few blocks away.

This property is right-priced. It's considerably cheaper than anything around. The location is central, though just on the outside of the nicer downtown area. The accommodations are comfortable, but fairly worn out. I would stay again on a business trip for which I am paying, as I'm comfortable with less than luxury. The carpets are worn, ice machines are broken, single elevator is slow and seen better days, the linens are anemic, the continental breakfast is weak (including the orange juice) and the floral polyester bedspreads are laughable. But the staff is very nice, the rooms are spacious and kept clean, and I appreciate the refrigerators in the rooms. There is ample free parking, which is great and easily accessible. This is not a place for a romantic getaway, nor if you desire pampering in any way. It is a utilitarian hotel that does a very good job at just that: a warm bed and a roof. The mini-split in the room is very good at heating and cooling, and quiet. There are no views to be had, but plenty of light through the ample windows. There's not a lot of soundproofing, so if you're staying next to a loud family, which I was for one of my three nights, it can be disturbing. But the staff made a courtesy call upon my request, and they quieted right down, turning the volume down on the TV and their voices. So, all in all, good value for the money.
