When we arrived there were over 30 people in the pool (private party) they had to close the pool. So my grandchildren couldn’t go swimming. Then we were going to watch a movie, someone took the power cord so no tv, closet door was broke.

I liked the hotel as it was clean and convenient. We were disappointed to learn upon check in that the pool was under renovation, having kids it’s the reason we chose this hotel. There’s nothing to do in or around the surrounding area.

This is our go to hotel for when we are visiting our family. Rooms were clean, breakfast was spit on, the staff were friendly and ready to help in all matters. Highly recommended staying here if you sre ever in Waterbury.

It was so nice. The front staff recommended places to order food from. My only complaint wasnt even the hotel it was the neighbors and the thickness of the insulation. Dont let your kids run around and scream all hours of the night. Almost called the front desk to complain. And then they were at it again at the crack of dawn.

The property and staff ok but the weekend we were there very busy with lots of families ; the WiFi service was down the whole time, the pool unsupervised with various kids doing flips (very dangerously disregarding others) while parents out back smoking and possibly letting others in. Probably would not stay again unless it was an emergency.

I stayed two days with my family at this hotel it was clean the staff were polite and always accommodating. Gabriel checked us in kept asking how he could be of assistance constantly checked pool area and replenished towels for guests awesome staff would recommend hope to be back soon

I went for a family outing with my children for one they were not able to get in the pool because it was extremely cold thus was our main reason in renting a hotel. Another one was I asked for side by side rooms and they were not available, also elevator was not working.
