It was very noisy. There were lots of families. Walls and floors must be thin.We could hear sounds of people from other rooms, that made it difficult to sleep.

Visiting family for tye weekend. Loved the hot chocolate bar with the St Patricks Day theme! Great for the kids. Love that the pool had toys for kids to play with. Great hotel for families! Although the downside of all the happy kids, is it can be a little loud.

Pros: Great location, the breakfast bar was fantastic, the room was clean Cons: The shower was weird (low shower head, super high tub, hard to get in and out of), you can hear everything happening in the hallway and there were several families with kids who were running up and down the hall

Overall the stay was great! Comfy beds, clean rooms, courteous employees. The indoor pool was clean and warm. The coffee and hot coco bar was awesome. Close to seaport and very close to aquarium. Great place for families.

The staff was incredible. The kids running the hallways and running upstairs were unbelievably loud. Our dogs were quieter than the kids - but that’s not the hotel’s fault. My senior mother was very impressed and very pleased.

We have never stayed at this Hampton Inn before and thought we would check it out. We had our two children with us. We were extremely disappointed in the condition of our room. The tub had what looked like enamel worn off exposing the tub and rust. Therefore I was not able to bath my kids in the tub. The bed had an exposed sharp metal piece of frame on the bottom which my husband severely cut his leg on. He most likely needs stitches. The breakfast was terrible. My kids wanted orange juice and what came out of the machine was water tinted slightly yellow. Needless to say we will never be staying at this hotel again. For the price tag we would have expected it to be better quality. Disappointed we spent $1000 to stay at this hotel.

Took my kids for a one night getaway. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast staff were on top of things and had good options. The pool area was clean and we were happy to have lots of towels available. Found out at check out that the cost of the room was actually cheaper than I thought. Would stay again.

We have stayed here before (family of 4, 2 young kids) and this time was as pleasant as the others. My children actually noticed how nice the staff was. They gave them coloring books and crayons on our way out to dinner which made their day. Can't forget the lollypops on the counter too. They were also more than happy to give me a town map when I asked. The room/bathroom was clean, the pool was great. The hotel is convenient to everything in Mystic. Zero complaints! We had a wonderful overnight stay and will most definitely be back in the future. We come to Mystic yearly and this is usually our go to hotel. Thanks for a great weekend!!
