La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hartford - Bradley Airport

The elevator was down but the check-in staff made sure to guess on the 2nd when possible. Staff was friendly, hotel cleaned and safe. Bed was extremely soft and comfortable slept like a baby would definitely stay again.

The day i arrived at the hotel there were seemingly hundreds of kids and parents taking over the lobby/breakfast area. The kids were running around the hotel, up and down my hallway outside the room - very noisy. Then i waited a long time for the elevator, only to have three smiley kids get off the elevator - interrupting their play to use the elevator for its intended purpose. My second night was interrupted by my next door neighbor who was repeatedly making noise due to their bed banging against the wall. The walls are paper thin it seems. Overall, the experience was not what i had hoped for.

There was blood on one of the pillows and also the bed spread. So gross. I hid it from my family so it didn’t ruin their stay. Tbh, even if there wasn’t blood on the pillow and stuff, this place is maybe a $69/night hotel at best. Find another hotel to stay at.

first night check in bunch of punk kids swearing and drinking in the car port and had to walk by them to check in and the smoking area is right there and have to walk threw the smoke to check in, fire alarm, can understand that it happens but staff made no effort to inform people waiting outside status, the only way to know it was safe to return was to watch the crowed

Bad experience. First issue was that kids were running the hallways and someone must have pulled the fire alarm and the detectors were going off. It was an ear piercing noise. We all had to go outside until the fire department cleared everything. The second issue was that we were on the second floor and the floor above us was noisy all night. It sounded like a herd of elephants. My daughter had a softball tournament the next morning and it was so difficult waking up with lack of sleep. Not a happy customer!

I stayed 4 nights to visit family. There is nothing negative that I have to say about the place. It was quiet, clean, good breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

Beds were super comfy!! check in/out super easy. Breakfast staff was amazing and so kind to a single mom who came down frazzled with her 4 small children about 5 mins before closing. It was heart warming to see. Food in the small store wayyyy over priced even for convenience bought the same thing at the gas station across the street 1.50 less

I gave this a 4 star review, which could have been a 5 star. My room was great and the location was convenient for me to visit family as I had a family emergency that weekend to take care of. The continental breakfast was great. My issue was this...I was there from Friday to Monday and not once did housekeeping come to my room to clean, refresh my room and did not provide clean towels throughout my stay. I was cleaning and taking out my own trash. Especially since this was my first time staying at a La Quinta hotel property. My sister and law and brother in law always stay at a La Quinta and raved about how good your hotels were. I hope next time around, the cleaning would be better. Thank you.

This location was perfect. Clean, family and kids-friendly. Less than 5 mins to the airport.
