Candlewood Suites Windsor Locks Bradley Arpt, an IHG Hotel

This place was perfect for our needs while we were in the area visiting family. We booked this place because it had a full size kitchen and refrigerator. The room is comfortable and the staff is super helpful and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Candlewood and would definitely book again if the opportunity arose presented itself! There was a leak that affected some of the rooms but the Manager was fantastic at accomodating our reservation and found a great solution for our family. The pool area was clean however, there were no towels available. In addition when we asked for 4 additional towels and washcloths but, there were none available. We made it work but, it would have been nice to have towels available when requested. The staff at the front desk was friendly and upbeat. The evening female desk attendedant was fantastic and recommended a great restaurant less than a mile from the hotel called Bears BBQ. The hotel was also only 15 mins from the Basketball Hall of Fame and about an hour and a half from Boston, MA. The hotel is even within walking distance of a great little ice cream spot and Spare Time an arcade/restaurant which helped fill in the rest of our stay on the last day. A big thank you to the staff for making our surprise Father's Day trip a big success!!

Very uncomfortable there with me and my kids staying in that place. Customer service was terrible which was the manager Rob. food in the pullout sofa couch explain to them no compassion no and also told me since I worked there I couldn't get no Hotel there no more then change it to oh I live 30 miles no one can get a hotel after I already done paid through the hotel.com and also he looked at my ID if that's the case you should have been said that. Very judgmental and Prejudice. halls smells like doodoo my kids kept on saying what is that smell it was getting stronger and stronger not once bother to check didn't even bother to go check nothing that I reported. And charge me i never stay the night refund my money please.
