Photos are deceiving. Great rate, room was good size for family. There was brown frame in the bathroom, uncomfortable beds and itching rough pillow cases. The breakfast in the morning was far from looking like the breakfast posted. There was no pancake machine, Quaker oatmeal you add water to no the one shows in photo that they make, no fresh fruit out until end of breakfast time, no options of just plain eggs at least and a meat of some sort it was a mini sausage bagel sandwich and a doughy quiche. I know this is included and rate was good just don’t advertise what you do not offer. Pool was nice and warm, hotel was otherwise clean.

Staff extremely polite and helpful. Don’t realize how close to airport runway/taxi way during booking but could not hear planes from room. Updated, modern and clean. Pool on the small side but kids still enjoyed.

I booked this hotel for the weekend so my kids can go swimming when we checked in. Nobody told us that the hotel Spoo was out of service when I questioned it they told me that I can go two blocks down the road and use a different hotels pool. So much noise we couldn’t sleep. I called the front desk. I let them know two times at one in the morning, and then again at three in the morning that the room above us was loud they were jumping. They did nothing about it. The bedding is stiff hard I woke up with my whole body sore. I will never stay at this place again.

I was very surprised at the fact that I was located on the first floor with many unruly children that were up running and playing with balls and making a mess without any adult supervision. The hallway was very dirty too.

Online the pool seemed to be a regular size pool. Nowhere did it say how small it was. It was very disappointing to the children and myself.

There was so much chlorine in the pool my kids could not swim. They were coughing, my eyes were burning just from being in the pool room without getting in the water. When we went down during breakfast time to get water I was told very rudely that breakfast was closed. Wouldn’t recommend.

We decided to stay because of the pool. It was very disappointing. The chlorine level was way too high. My three grandchildren got skin burns from the pool water. My eyes began to burn. We had to check out the next day because a big part of our stay was for the pool. We should get compensation. The children needed skin cream to soothe the chlorine burns.

The first indication, this place was going to be a disappointment was the very rude and unfriendly front desk staff. We were traveling with a toddler, so we did a check of the room after we got in there just to make sure there was nothing dangerous for him. while checking everything, we found a half smoked joint on the floor, some marijuana around the bed, the doors to our closet were falling off the hinges, and the room clearly hadn’t been vacuumed recently. Additionally, there were what looked like body fluid stains all over the sofa so we couldn’t even sit and relax. This hotel was a major disappointment and I would NOT recommend to anyone looking for an appropriate place for their family.
