A little off the beaten path to where my family was doing our adventures for our trip but amazing staff that was polite and accommodating and friendly. Great full breakfat. Plenty of room for us in the room, we loved having 3 beds to use since we have 2 teeage boys. Overall it was fantastic and it will be our new pick when staying un the area.

We had a great experience staying here. We just need a one night stay in the area. They had a indoor pool that worked wonders for wearing the kids out. The beds were comfy. The pillows were far better than most places I've stayed. The AC was very good at keeping the room cool.

Everything was great! Breakfast was tasty. I would suggest when it’s a cheer competition weekend keeping all the families together and not mixing other guests in between. My room was right in the middle of two cheerleaders and it became loud late at night and early in the morning.

I loved that the staff were very friendly. I brought 4 grandchildren for the night to swim and let my daughters enjoy a night out. Breakfast was amazing, definitely would stay there again.

This was a nice quiet hotel. The beds were super comfy. The breakfast was yummy and lots of choices. The pool although heated was a little chilly but our family enjoyed it!

We were here for 3 days while we visited family. As usual the Holiday Inn Express was very clean. The only issue we had was the remote on the darkening shades would not work, but the front desk representative came up to our room and was able to get it working. The hinges on the bathroom door could have used some WD-40, but otherwise everything was good. We were also with 5 minutes of getting to the airport which was great!

I was unsatisfied with there being peanut shells behind the pull out bed. There was also a missing tile at the bottom of the shower wall. The back of the bathroom door was dirty. It appeared as if something white was spilled on the door and not cleaned up. Due to the fact that I checked in very late and it was a one night stay, I didn’t bother to ask for a different room. My family and I just needed to get some rest.

Great place, nice front desk staffs, beautiful place the only thing the pool was super cold for anybody to enjoy. Other than that the kids loved it big room and very clean

I stayed at the IGH property which was less than 5 minutes from Bradley-Hartford. I slept like a baby!
