Picked this hotel as I had family flying in so it was super convenient. No complaints but property is older and a little tired.

I booked 2 adjoining rooms with handicapped showers months ahead. That reservation made no difference because they room assignments are given at check-in. This made traveling difficult for my elderly family members who i take care of.

I had a marathon airline journey with multiple stops and the convenience of having a nice hotel right at the airport saved me! After all the airline mistakes, it was deeply appreciated that the hotel was so nice and the staff so friendly and efficient. I start my family reunion a day late but refreshed!

When we booked, we were told there was a pool...traveling with two young kids...NO pool! Was very disappointed.
