This was our first trip to Steamboat and we had an amazing time. You can't beat the location of the Sheraton right in the heart of the Gondola Village area. The rooms are great, particularly if you get a studio that has a kitchenette available, super friendly staff and nice amenities including a pool / hot tub / grills / kids room. Combine the great hotel with how awesome Steamboat is and it was a win win.

Take liked the decor and style of the room. The full kitchen was more than needed for a short two night trip (and no kids) but it’s s great way to design a room, I’d come back here for sure. The small grocery store in the lobby is a helpful resource, and of course the best thing is the location! Walking right out into Ski Time Square, our room looking up the mountain.

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the experience my family and I have had during our stay Sheraton hotel, room 213. Upon arrival, we were excited to relax and enjoy our time, but unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The room we were allocated was situated next to the Jacuzzis, which resulted in incessant noise disturbances, compounded by the presence of a motor that emits a deafening sound akin to an aircraft engine. Despite raising this issue with the staff downstairs, we were informed that nothing could be done, which we find unacceptable. It seemed as though our concerns were dismissed, leaving us feeling disregarded and disheartened. Furthermore, the room we booked, which was advertised as having a view of the slopes, fails to provide any such view. This discrepancy between the advertised amenities and the reality of our accommodation adds to our disappointment. Additionally, we were disheartened to hear that our booking through Expedia limits the hotel’s ability to address our concerns. Such a response is not only disconcerting but also reflects poorly on the level of service and care provided to guests, irrespective of their booking method. As guests who have traveled for 14 hours to reach the establishment, we expected a level of comfort and service that has unfortunately not been met. Our overall experience has left us feeling extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by Sheraton hotel.

Snow machines, skid steers whatever would start running under my window at 4 or 5 every single morning.

We've been coming to Steamboat for years and have always rented a condo since we had a family of 4. Because my husband and I were solo this time, we booked the Sheraton. We had a little trepidation because the hotel has been there longer than we've been visiting, and we didn't know if the property had been kept up. We were pleasantly surprised at the property's excellent condition including the restaurant, bar and market areas. Extremely convenient to the base. We will definitely stay again.

Our room was very nice and the bed was really comfortable. The drink when checked in at the lobby was delicious. The pool was pretty crowded and full of kids with large floaties making it difficult to enjoy. More shade is needed in the pool area. Check in and check out were seamless and the location and facility are gorgeous.

The Sheraton property has newer condos and older ones that haven’t been renovated. Our condo was old, noisy, dirty and smelled like smoke. The AC there didn’t function well. We complained to the hotel about the smell and they ran an ionizer the next day for several hours but that didn’t have any impact on the smell. Before booking, make sure you know if it’s an older condo or newer. The area around the hotel is now unappealing in the summer. The mountain coaster has been permanently closed and there is a lot of construction going on. We traveled with kids and picked this location specifically for the mountain coaster.
