Nice place for family stay.

Best overall experience in a hotel in many years. Would recommend it to everyone including family.

Beautiful, modern, and clean room. excellent breakfast and kid friendly. Easy access from parking to the rooms. Had a lovely fire-pit outside to roast marshmallows. Indoor pool and spa were clean and well taken care of. Staff is constantly cleaning and friendly. Well equipped kitchens in the suites. Kids and I adores the 24hr self service hot chocolate and coffee station. We will definitely be staying again. Thanks for a beautiful stay.

Clean, comfortable, and well appointed room and kitchenette, with comfy beds. The kids loved the pool and game room, and the complimentary breakfast buffet was the best we’ve had at a hotel. We definitely plan on staying again!

The rooms were cozy, hotel staff awesome, easy check in. I do wish when the morning housekeeping service - that the housekeeping staff would have re-made the beds and tidied up the room. We had grandkids and the room got a little disheveled . And that coffee was replenished. However, we will stay here again!

Great property. Room was great/clean/comfortable. The breakfast was large and lots of options. Eggs and potatoes were very odd tasting. There was a kids hockey team so lots of running around late at night.

Beautiful hotel room if you are staying for awhile. The room had a kitchen which we did not use, but this suite had plenty of room. Would highly recommend for a family.

We were happy at first because it looks lovely until you look at the details. This is one of those hotels that was built fast and cheap. The furniture looks nice until you look closely. It’s not even that old and the furniture looks worn. Our room had a smell of urine. We are not fans of pets getting to stay in hotels pretty much every place we go now. The cleaning staff can only do so much to clean a room. We have family that’s allergic. There are varying degrees of cleanliness we’ve experienced in pet friendly hotels and this one was on the lower end. The smell was awful. So much so that we had to call and ask them to do another cleaning. The staff at the desk sprayed Lysol. That was their solution. We asked again for a thorough cleaning while we were out all day. They basically vacuumed and sprayed Lysol again. How is that supposed to help the smell of urine? And when we showered, one of the towels had crusty stuff on it, like it had been used and they just rolled it back up and stuffed it back on the shelf. At breakfast, they ran out of potatoes well before the 9:30 cutoff and didn’t replenish. The security is a joke. The back doors were unlocked the whole time even though they have key fob sensors to key in. Anyone could just walk right in and go down a hall without passing by the front desk. Elevators take forever. We were there during soccer and track and field tournaments, and the kids were very loud in the morning. Walls thin. Nope. I’ll pass.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent from our accommodations to breakfast, to activities. We enjoyed the list of recommended hikes in Steamboat Springs and completed many of them. The pool and game room were great for the kids. We love Homewood Suites and would pick this one again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful property, will stay here again and refer family or friends to stay here.
