I had a major family emergency and could not make my trip to Steamboat with my 5 yr old son. While I was told by the manager of the hotel that I would receive a refund, I just found out that he lied to me. The hotel decided days later to change their mind and NOT refund my $400. Knowingly NOT refunding after they sold my room.

We have stayed here several times. The staff are always smiling & helpful. It has clean, well-organized rooms, nice pool & hot tub, & workout area. It is an easy walk to some nearby coffee shops, restaurants, & outdoor stores. Downtown Steamboat Springs is just a few minutes away by car. This is a hotel that welcomes kids, dogs and adults of all ages… the atmosphere is delightful & happy without being chaotic. We now choose to stay here every time instead of a vrbo :)

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Read reviews prior to booking and didn’t disappoint. My kid enjoyed the outside pool-whirlpool to the max. Everything was in short distance to the hotel. Super friendly staff. And breakfast was served and given by the staff to follow COVID safety measures. The one thing I did not enjoy is that the pool was supposed to close at 10 and we saw guests at the pool were being loud and smoking and drinking until 1:30 am.
