I was in Steamboat Springs for the marathon and I could not have stayed at a more perfect spot! It was just a couple blocks from the bus pick up that takes you to the start, and on the same road as the finish line. It's also right downtown so you can essentially walk anywhere you need. The room was clean and comfortable with a mini fridge and microwave which was helpful for my 6 night stay. The couple that owns the lodge are so helpful and friendly which made the stay even easier. This is 100% where I will be staying the next time I come back to Stemaboat. They have simple rooms as well as suites and I look forward to staying again with my family to show them all the beauty the are has to offer.

Incredibly maintained hotel extremely close to the part of steamboat you want to be near. Lots of walkable shopping and restaurants. Staff is very friendly and informative. I believe this place is family ran as well! Thrilled to have stumbled across this place!

Excellent, comfortable room. The couch and beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space in the 2 queen suite for a family of 4. Nice mini fridge and microwave. The only downside is that log furniture turns out to not be the gentlest for a newly cruising baby, but that’s not the fault of the hotel 😜 We would be happy to return!

The family who owns this hotel are very nice and helpful to learn about skiing in the area, as well as some delicious restaurants!

It is in a great location, clean, complementary breakfast, and run by a very conscientious family friendly staff. Being a two story motel, it may be difficult for older individuals to get to their rooms on the second floor.
