Residence Inn Denver Southwest/Lakewood

We had issues with the couch bed. We received a call after making a comment about it. The answer they had was put comforters on and under the mattress. It only helped a little, an 8 year old had to sleep on the be sideways because the bars and springs came through the bed. Their other answer was to go find another hotel. We were there and picked the hotel because of the 2 king beds and sleeper sofa. The parking lot is littered with garbage and graffiti on the walls. There were cars illegally parked in the handicap spots. When I brought it up the desk person said the lot was crowded and that’s why they allowed people to park there. The lot was not full. Breakfast was terrible. My kids wouldn’t even eat it. Another reason we chose the hotel was because they had breakfast. If it wasn’t for the hotel being the size we needed and right down the road from the hospital my son was having surgery at we would’ve left and gone somewhere else. The workout facility was a treadmill and elliptical. No weights. We paid $300 a night for a subpar hotel

We were very disappointed with the fact that after we checked out they said oh you owe $75 for a pet fee. When I booked and checked in I was never told I was to pay a pet fee. When I checked in and I told him I had 2 pets. Plus their grows is very unsafe for pets. They have metal edging that is sticking up that is very sharp and could slice a pets paw that could cause severe damage to a pet causing thousands of dollars but most importantly the pain that your family pet will go through. They should take inconsideration to remove that material. We were very unhappy to see that all over.

We absolutely loved our suite, from the evergreen trees & lawns outside our window, to the wonderful breakfasts, convenient location, & nearness of the room to parking since for our handicapped family member. Thanks!

This hotel is excellent for a family stay. Hot breakfast, courteous and friendly staff, and a social hour in the evening which includes food (burger) and alcoholic beverages. Residence Inn have suites with a kitchenette which makes it very convenient for a long-term stay. The hotel is located at Lakewood, a suburb of Denver, and it is just a 20-min. drive to the city center or downtown from the hotel.

Two bedroom suite fit the whole family and the full kitchen was perfect!
