Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Denver Southwest/Littleton

Room size was perfect for our family of 5. The hotel was very clean and the decor fresh and pleasing. The location was great and convenient to be able to travel to a variety of sights and attractions in Colorado.

This is a very clean, newer hotel in the Littleton area. It is very convenient to the Red Rocks Amphitheater. The free breakfast is a nice touch too! There is a pool, but it is very small (max capacity of 6), and a well-stocked fitness center. It is a quiet area without many local dining options , but very friendly locals were very helpful in fining some great places for our family to dine!

This was a great place to stay before heading up to the mountains. There was a family with some out of control kids in the tavern when we first got there. Staff immediately got it under control.

This was an excellent stay for the one night I stayed at this hotel. My family and I enjoyed the hotel. We liked how the room was set up. The pillows were comfortable, there was plenty of space for our luggages, the bathroom was updated and clean. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable and very nicely set up. The staff was friendly and willing to help. We needed the sofa bed bedsheets and an extra towel and they were accessible and willing to help us in a timely manner. Great place to stay!

I got charged for data even though I'm a Marriott Bonvoy guest because I booked through Expedia. My kid got on the wifi. I called but they said there was no one there I could talk to about a billing issue. The hotel itself is nice, clean, and convenient to Red Rocks.

One of the TVs didn’t work at all and then the other went out. I had to try and reset it myself because the staff were “too busy.” Staff also said they knew the other TV didn’t work but had to rent out rooms anyway due to oversold situation and no discounts could be given (I didn’t even ask for a discount they just blurted that out when I called to ask for maintenance to come the next day). Room looked brand new but had at least a dozen repairs already needed — shower leaked, toilet tissue holder falling off, hooks uneven, sink didn’t drain. They ran out of most breakfast food the last two days of our stay. Eggs were inedible. Waffle machine vanished after first two days and kids’ cereal dispensers not refilled. For $250 a night and a brand new building I really expected better.
