I wouldn't say it was a bad stay. The hotel was a last minute booking close to a wedding reception I was attending. The hotel location was convenient. It's in an older neighborhood, right off the highway. I didn't feel unsafe. The decor has a dinosaur theme throughout. I could see where this would be a good place for families with young children. The young man at the front counter was helpful and polite. The room was definately dated, but seemed clean enough. Our bed was not comfortable, and there weren't any outlets to plug my phone in on my side of the bed. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay, and for the price, their breakfast is probably the best inclusive breakfast I've ever had at any hotel.

This place is a hidden gem for sure! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, an awesome pool/hot tub with pool toys, plus a lawn game area on the outdoor patio. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, featuring hot meals that were different each morning in addition to what you would expect from a typical continental breakfast. The dinosaur theme was really fun too. No lie, this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It is on the older side and there is no elevator to get to the second floor, but everything was spotless and well maintained. The only hiccup we had was that there was only one working ice machine that was being heavily used so we were unable to get ice the first night of our stay. Other than that, everything was superb! Highly recommended staying here especially if you have kids.

Love, love, Loved it! We here stayed with my grandson for a family reunion. He loved the dinosaur theme and the very well stocked breakfast bar. It was hard to get him out of the pool which is completely surrounded by the hotel and very well maintained. Will stay at this hotel next time we're in Denver

What a GREAT place for families! Dino theme was fun! Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Best part is the pool! A kids dream and a parents joy! Even had Dino floaties to complete the theme! life size chess game. We loved it! wished we could have stayed another night!

If you are looking for an affordable hotel in south Denver - this place is a good option. It is clean but has limited amenities. The restaurant/bar was closed. While the pool is heated and warm it REALLY needs cleaned. Price wise it worked well for our family for this trip but if we were looking to stay longer I’d probably keep looking. The amenities are all there for this to be a great hotel but it has been neglected.

The hotel was clean and quiet. It was very family/kid friendly. The room was spacious although the bathroom was pretty small. The bed wasn’t super comfy, but it was a king bed, so lots of room. The breakfast was hot and delicious and the staff was very polite and friendly.

Very bad customer service experience at the check out. This stay was work related. Had a morning meeting in town and was not sure if I can make it by 11 am check out time. Explained situation and asked if I could leave a small cary on at the desk. Was told a simple “no” without any explanation, then asked if I could extend the checkout time by 30-60 min. The answer was “you can buy one more full stay” Checked out by 8:30 am and the front lady was on the phone with her family or friends the entire time.

When we come to Denver to visit family we always stay at this hotel. The staff are great, the accomadations are just what we need and the breakfasts are pretty darn good! The dinosaur theme of the hotel is so unique, educational and well done! The heated pool is so nice and clean and well maintained. If you have young children interested in dinosaurs this will be an awesome place to stay!

When we arrive to the property the hotel hallways and rooms were freezing cold so me and my family had to wait 3 hours before we could shower because the hotel room was freezing cold. Then the next day me and my wife and kids went to attend breakfast in the lobby and they had two employees serving breakfast so you couldn't Serve Yourself so I took it they was doing portion control.
