Beautiful hotel room. It was so clean and I loved having a full kitchen to have good fridge storage and enjoy regular dishes for breakfast. Such a nice place to have an included breakfast. Love that it had a gym and pool. Future go-to hotel for when I bring my family with me on the next visit.

The staff was wonderful; front desk, housekeeping and breakfast crew were super kind & helpful! Breakfast had plenty of options for our family. Our room was a little noisy during the night & early morning being right off the main lobby hall, if that’s an issue for you ask for a different location, but it didn’t bother us much. Great location for food & close to Empire field for the football game! We will stay again!

I called ahead and was guaranteed. We could check in at 1 o’clock. We were not able to check in until two which greatly delayed our plans. The girl at the front said there was nothing she could do about it and kind of shrugged her shoulders. The room is decent. You could tell they definitely rush to clean it. in the morning we had put out the do not disturb sign and the cleaning lady came in while we were still sleeping and one of my kids was in the shower.

We love the property we will definitely come back. The kids love the pool and swimming it was warm and clean. The whole building was clean our room was clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay and we will be back

When we checked in there was not anyone at the desk other than two employees that were clearly off the clock. One of them was dressed like a prostitute. No kidding. When the staff working the desk finally showed up he was wearing flip flops. Our room was not very clean. I could clearly see hair on the bathroom floor. The shower needed a serious scrubbing. I do not plan on staying at this hotel in the future.

Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We visit family in Lakewood multiple times per year and this hotel by far has been the best we have stayed in so far. We will definitely return.

We’ve stayed at a few locations now and they definitely stand out among others. When traveling with a family, it’s nice to have a little extra room. The pet friendly option is great as we get to bring our pup along too. The furniture and interiors are nice and not dated as other hotels we’ve stayed at. The breakfast options are great too. Beds and linens are super comfy and made for a good nights rest. Only stayed one night on this trip but wished we could have stayed here longer. The front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming. I can tell everyone cares about the appearance of this property.
