Comfort Suites Lakewood - Denver

Everything was good, except we couldnt sleep, kids woke up coughing because smoke was so bad from next room over smoking weed!

Room was nice and clean, large enough to be comfortable and far enough off the highways to be quiet. Pool, no hot tub. Breakfast was nice, it included sausage links, scrambled eggs, green chili, cook your own waffles or toast, muffins, cold cereal, yogurt each of the 3 mornings we were there. Only issue was the hot water thermal carafe did not keep the water hot. As a celiac, there were limited choices for me but it was fine for the gluten-gluttons in the family. Parking lot was not easy to get around in, being too small for a full-sized pickup to turn around in when there was no parking available in the front. Also, while we were there, another guest had a car stolen overnight and was told there were no cameras toward the ends of the building.

The room was not well cleaned! Found a used baby bottle and garbage behind the sliding doors.

The rooms were very nice. However, the front desk clerk, Brenda was horrible!! I witnessed her argue with a woman asking for simple clarification. The woman had to finally ask for Brenda’s manager. Brenda continued to argue with this woman in front of her manager in which the manager had to tell Brenda to stop and politely apologized to this woman. The manager was great! I had to later deal with Brenda when I asked for a roll of toilet paper. I was treated as if I was asking to borrow money. I even offered to pay for a roll. It was insane!!! Also, the pool was under construction literally no water and active construction. I called to make sure the pool was in service prior to making my reservation and they said it was open but it was not!! I have children and would have rented a different location if I knew the pool was not open .

I had to be in Lakewood for a family medical emergency. This inn was a very convenient location for where I Needed to be in the Denver area. Very comfortable and quiet. Breakfasts were good and well attended by staff. Desk night clerk (LEE) was a huge help to my accommodations. Very comfortable stay under the circumstances for my visit.

My truck and trailer were stolen right out front the main door but parking lot of other property. The suspects hot wired my truck and shot a pistol in the air as we ran for cover the truck drove off. Truck was recovered but wrecked. Manager wouldn’t let me see the video. Stayed extra night waiting for a ride to be there @ 2 manager said we had to be out @11:30. Leaving me and my family in the heat and sun for 2-1/2 hrs. Not very helpful and rude

This was the dirtiest hotel we stayed in this trip (out of 5 different properties). Although the sheets and towels seemed clean (thank goodness), the floor was horrible - sticky in places and the whole edge of the bathroom had balls of hair and dust everywhere. The couch was covered in stains and actual food, and the pull out bed was dirty and extremely uncomfortable. This was a rough night. No one in my family was comfortable.

The beds were very comfortable. Pool small but was a lot of fun for kids. Hot tub nice. Everyone was very friendly.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was as expected, neat & tidy. With a family of six we all got to sleep in a bed and had a great overnight stay good a baseball tournament. Would definitely stay again.

The room size and beds were great, AC was strong. Friendly clerk. Overall met our needs. Not in the best general condition but relatively clean. Pool was small- felt overcrowded with 5 kids. Breakfast was ok, the coffee was the worst point, which is the most important thing for me- it was weak and lukewarm.
