Quality Inn & Suites On the River

Hotel was fine. A bit outdated, credit card machine wasn’t working so they were taking paper credit card copies for deposits, line was long, fairly clean but not 5 star clean maybe just because it was older. Very convenient for Glennwood Springs though which I highly recommend if you have kids!

Didn't like children running to the hallway all hours of the night..

front desk female was not helpful and tone, no eye contact, her and other staff were using profanity. Bathroom towels were dirty, staff member was snapping fingers and yelling at me from inside her car to move from parking spot, staff and other did not make me nor my children feel welcomed by making racial and other slurs and comments in regards to very private and personal information shared by a guest also staying there, I did not feel safe to the point of not being able to go back and not sleeping there or be there the whole day. Mine and my childrens time were not addressed nor acknowledged in any but negative and rude behavior. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO STAY HERE EVER. Their staff need to be taught proper customer service skills, proper customer interaction lessons so NOTHING LIke this happens to ny one ever again! This should be a major concern to the OWNERS of this once beautiful and "second home" hotel I had previously slept peaceful many many times before.

This hotel is aged and smells like cleaning products covering mustiness. We stayed at 4 different hotels and airbnb's on this family vacation and this one was by far the oldest and least comfortable. I chose it because of the continental breakfast and low nightly rate. The breakfast was sorely lacking and the fruit offerings were literally rotten. I couldn't wait to check out!

Do not stay here! This property is falling apart. They had exposed drywall in the hall and the room smelled like stale cigarettes. Not sure it was even clean. We have an infant and did not feel safe staying in this hotel. The front desk staff was on her cell phone in the office and did not even care that the keys she gave us did not work in the room. We left and paid for another room and a clean hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Property advertisement said two beds and bunk beds. Showed up with only one bed and bunk beds. It would t fit our family so front desk said they would refund our money. And then after we left told Expedia they would only refund one or our two night stay.

Our family of 4 slept well each of the three nights we were there. We were excited to have a view of the river and side of mountain. They are refinishing some of the rooms downstairs, so you will need to pardon the dust. The kids loved the pool. It was an usable temperature and hot tub was hot! All of the properties in Glenwood are wearing, but staff is nice and we had a lot of fun during our trip. Pleasantly surprised by some hot breakfast choices. Our door and key card had some issues...

Everything about this property was great except we wished there was more breakfast coming out at a little bit of a faster rate and right before nine, it seemed like everyone that made it to breakfast by nine did not have anymore options for waffles eggs and sausage. This was a great place for the family!

Stay 4 days. They had a sign that room was going to be service by third day. We were out all day and expected room to be clean. Came back that night and room was still the same. Not clean towels or anything refill. Too late and tired to argue with somebody. They have a good location and my kids enjoy the pool and the jacuzzi.
