They have a nice pool, definitely smaller than the pictures look, but good size for the family to play and have fun. Breakfast was pretty limited, especially for our gluten free kiddo.

Staff was great, well the older employees. Others were on their phone and never said a word. Would do your request without talking: not very good customer service. The older man at night was the sweetest man. Made me and my children smile. Wasn’t the cleanest on the bottom floor. Kinda smelled bad as well

The staff were fine. The pool was fine. The room was clean enough. But I gave it 2 stars because there was a green strobe light that blinked every 5 seconds ALL NIGHT long in the room. When I called the front desk, they said it was for the fire detection system and couldn't be turned off. They offered me a sticky note to cover it up (which did nothing) I had 2 kids that really struggled falling asleep and then falling back asleep when they woke up. Rough night.

Customer service not very friendly at check in. Older building, old very slow elevator. Breakfast was essentially toast and over ripe apples. Pool 3 feet deep, good for kids. Right next to Glenwood caverns theme park.

Rooms were ordinary, staff was ordinary. The hotel itself is pretty nice, the indoor pool and hot tub are nice, gameroom could use some updating. It's literally next door to the gondola, and a few blocks from shopping/dining. I'd recommend it if you have kids that enjoy pools/gamerooms

The property could use some TLC in places but it’s comfortable and quiet which is key. Looks like a great place for young children to stay. The pool area looks tailored to families. Close to activities.

My family enjoys the pool area. The staff is always nice. The beds are nice, big and comfortable. They have a little arcade that has a couple of old school games. They have a little continental breakfast with some tasty pastries, cereal and fruit. We enjoy going here!
