Feedback is the pullout sofa bed was unstable and kept tilting back when trying to sleep on it. We paid extra to have a room with this feature and one of our family members considered sleeping in the bathtub or on the floor (which wouldn’t happen - see next comment) rather than on the unsafe couch. There was a used condom wrapper on the floor that was not from our family. Breakfast was not included. The staff was kind and helpful. Parking was great. Beds were comfortable. Despite being busy, the staff worked hard to help make our stay comfortable.

We were on the first floor near the main lobby. It was fine however who ever else was on the first floor as well was extremely rude allowing there children to run up and down the halls late in the evening and early in the morning. Very annoying when you are trying to relax and sleep. The room was also a little chilling upon entering.
