What a great place. We've stayed here before and will stay again. Walking distance to downtown and to Glenwood Hot Springs. Stuff on site for kids and families to do as well.

Overall the room we stayed in was a little older and the bathroom was very small and cramped for 4 adults and one kid. It was a small tub with very little room next to the toilet and wall to use the bathroom. We were in the basement suite where it was very musty and had 20-30 gnats in the sinks daily (we plugged the drains nightly) Overall it was ok for what we needed in a 2 day stay but probably won’t get that room again. Outdoor stuff was great for our 5yr old.

This place is starting to show its age but it is still a good place for families because of the pools and other activities on the grounds. The linen in our room was well-worn and had a few stains, and the air conditioning unit was really loud. But the staff was great and our stay was fine otherwise.

Loved all of the things you could do on the property. The swimming area was great. The pickle ball courts and fire pits were fun for the kids. Breakfast was good. We had a great time. The room wasn’t quite as nice as other places, but all the intangibles made it a great stay and we’d come back again.

Everything was good except for a place to hang all the towels for a room that accommodates 6. I do appreciate that this place could accommodate my family of 6. It’s hard to find regular hotels that fit my family. The shower curtain was too short and it made the bathroom floor really wet. Otherwise, we had a great stay.
