Overall the room we stayed in was a little older and the bathroom was very small and cramped for 4 adults and one kid. It was a small tub with very little room next to the toilet and wall to use the bathroom. We were in the basement suite where it was very musty and had 20-30 gnats in the sinks daily (we plugged the drains nightly) Overall it was ok for what we needed in a 2 day stay but probably won’t get that room again. Outdoor stuff was great for our 5yr old.

My family and I stayed here for three nights. We were pleasantly surprised with how spacious our room was. The decor was simple but elegant and in great condition. The hotel grounds have an abundance of activities for kids, including a playground, cornhole, horseshoes, pickleball courts, and a pool. The breakfast was terrific and better than most other offerings at similar hotels. Easy walking distance to Glenwood Sorings Adventure Park, the hot springs pool, and lots of restaurants. Overall, an enjoyable, comfortable stay in every aspect—would definitely stay again!

We had looked at other more expensive hotels in the Glenwood Springs area, but chose this one mainly because it is pet friendly. We are so glad we stayed here. Really wonderful hotel. Grounds are green and set among pine trees. Nice outdoor sitting areas and fire pits at night.Very clean and nicely furnished rooms with quality beds. Grassy area for our dog. Great breakfast in the lodge like atmosphere. Convenient drive to downtown and the Springs. Highly recommend this hotel for quality and value. Especially good for families. Thanks for a great stay! We'll be back!

Every employee we encountered in our four days stay with them was amazing! With a smile on their face asking us how we were and if they could do anything to make our trip even better. Answered every question and was absolutely so helpful! Was so excited to find out they have free bike rentals, a pickleball court, cornhole setup, horseshoe setup, fire pits/relaxing areas, kids play areas and more! This town was absolutely beautiful and this hotel was a great choice! We hope to be back!

The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was awesome and the amenities are great for families or really any travel groups. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved the property! I really appreciated that the window could open to let the cool air in. The ac worked great but I like the window open for fresh air. The coffee was really good and they had a great tea collection. Very easy to walk into town for shopping and food. The only thing that wasn’t available was the bikes they have for rent, they let me know at the desk it wasn’t the season for it yet but it was in the upper 60s when we were there. We plan on coming back and bringing the kids. This was an adult trip but it would be great for kids since they have a great playground, horseshoes, pool and fun games to check out in the lobby.

Best! Customer Service! Ever! Beautiful, great breakfast, friendly, lots of extra outdoor activities like horseshoes and cornhole. Extremely convenient three-queen family rooms available. Definitely want to stay here again!!

We normally stay at either Hotel Colorado or Hotel Denver.. this was the last double room that allows dogs. We love this room!! The updates are so nice- brand new carpet, beds are decent.. cute decor.. the property and surrounding areas are well maintained. We booked a double queen- for my husband and our 2 kids- they reserved a room that is basically two rooms connected with a door, nice large bathroom.. coffee pot, microwave and fridge. We will continue to stay here in the future. Would definitely recommend.
