Family suite was perfect for our family with teenagers! I wish there were more hotels with this option.

Quality Inn of Estes is a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Rooms are spacious. Very clean. Great location, friendly staff. We always stay her when we travel to Estes. Never disappointed. Highy recommend. We have 6 in our family, so we had what I call the family suite. Actually has 2 levels. Excellent set up.

Our second stay at Quality Inn Estes Park and WOW!! This stay far exceeded our first stay. Upon arriving we immediately noticed the grounds received an update since our last visit two years ago. Check in was a breeze, staff was very knowledgeable, and we immediately felt welcome. Our room was perfect; we had everything we needed and more! The room checked off all the boxes from cleanliness to comfort. We stayed four nights and had a yummy breakfast every morning there. Staff during breakfast was diligent, accommodating, and friendly. The highlight of our stay was MS. BETTY. We checked out early to continue our road trip up to Mount Rushmore and without hesitation asked if we had breakfast for the road. She insisted we wait for five minutes by the fireplace and came back with four breakfast care packages. I don't know if she realized the impact she made on our family. We can't thank Quality Inn, the staff, and Ms. Betty enough for a memorable experience. We hope to be back in another two years. Love from TX.

Great location! Elk bugling right outside hotel. Breakfast was marginal. My grandchildren only swam for a few minutes because the pool was nothing special and the hot tub was dirty. Room was very spacious and beds were adequate but nothing special. Not much interaction with staff so unable to rate the staff. I realize we were here on a fall weekend but I felt we were gouged when paying for this property.

We really liked the proximity of the location to the park, the friendliness of the check-in staff, the good selection of the food at the breakfast each day, cleanliness, the helpfulness of the staff, the updated furnishings; and the value. However, there were issues: inability to cancel the reservation when a family emergency came up; lack of communication regarding the reservation; the need for a much larger bathroom and sink area; the need for better and firmer beds; the food served for breakfast could have been much hotter; and the absolute inflexibility of being able to change our reservations. Life happens (death in the family), and Expedia was able to cancel other reservations for us due to this extreme situation. The Quality Inn has a no cancelation/refund policy - which we were upset about. We had booked 4 nights, and they would absolutely not refund or change the reservation. KNOW that if you book with them, you will lose your money if God forbid something happens. Expedia really tried to help us with this matter, but they were simply inflexible. We would not lose over $1,000 dollars, so we ended up driving straight out to Colorado to stay and use the reservation (despite a death in the extended family) because the money was not refundable. We were not going to lose this. All of the other hotels were absolutely willing to refund the money. IN light of COVID, you would think that motels/hotels would be a bit more understanding. Just know this going into it.

This was perfect for our family of 6! The lofted room with 2 beds and an additional bathroom gave us plenty of space. The table in the room was also incredibly convenient for eating takeout for dinner. Hotel was clean and quiet. Pool and hot tub were great especially after a long day of fun activities. We will definitely stay again!

This was a great stay for our family of 6 (2 adults 4 kids) while visiting RMNP. The suite was amazing. Downstairs had a full bathroom, king bed, sitting area with table/chairs, balcony, and gas fireplace. Upstairs were 2 queens, a full bathroom, and second balcony. So much space it felt more like a condo than a hotel room! Breakfast was also great. The hotel isn't too big, but plenty large enough to have great amenities. Would highly recommend!

We had a loft room and it was PERFECT for our family of 5. Two bathrooms and three beds…we were all very comfortable for the three nights we were there. The room was much more spacious than the pictures made it look. Breakfast was great. Pool was clean. It was a great stay.

Very clean and updated and service was great. Breakfast room was wonderful, food was kept fresh and full, staff was fantastic. My mattress was broken down and way too soft, but other family members staying in other rooms said theirs were good. Still a great experience overall and I will stay there again (just in a different room)!

I stayed at this hotel with my family when I was 7. The only thing I remember from then was that elk would hang out in the parking lot. Almost 20 years later I unknowingly booked my partner and I in the same hotel. This trip we’re staying at 3 different hotels but we’ve already decided the next time we come to Estes Park we’ll only be staying at the quality inn. I expected the hotel to be old and out of date, which was the exact opposite of the truth. Everything has been kept up to date and well maintained. The view from our room was incredible and an added plus to an already great stay.
